SD under rug and shoe under bedcover which I cannot take

@Swiss had a nice nap now back at it LOL

I need help here

@swiss... 2 chances I could do this:

1. None
2. Buckleys.

Will try again tmrw. Thank you for being such a darling sweet-heart . I love and appreciate the kindness always shown to players in the EG24 community.

Currently trying to understand the book code!

Hi Leroy
tried to get the heart-mirror down according to radio
the hearts are inside out so tried
br,tl,tr,tl,bl (b= bottom = top)
but not working

Hi clio - nice of you to play - takes your mind off things for a bit :)

nor does it work, if like me you didnt notice it was inside out...i tried...tl; br; bl br; tr

ac remote in last book - spits out a photo from ac onto window

hi from Texas :)

agreed and thx..but am playing a bit like a pin-ball machine..boinging around with no apparent direction..lol

or I should say Howdy lol

found SD! but can't unscrew thing on side of dog

opened 4-digit-safe and got 10y-coin

Frustration! Tried to use the SD on the dogs can! Seems we picked up a philipshead SD not regular slot type! Grrr

I opened the book with 829

opened dog's thingy with coin for green key

SwissMiss, what is code?

and how did you get it??

with photo at window you find red key for cb
in cb is a block with colored sheets - count them for safe order

Hmmmm code from radio bet it is for the picture...

this mirror is driving me crazy
I have now radio working with order but the blasted thing still doesnt fall

Anyone solved the mirror yet - i've reversed, turned upside down - stuck!

leroy - help here
code is 41352 that would be
br,tl,bl,tr,br but doesnt work

LNS - you need the radio working first - but I am still trying

Yep got mirror off wall and now have what looks like a ladder puzzle...

Thank you! I was clicking on the wrong slat :(

Your tr should be tl LOL with TLC...

swiss Miss - use sequence for directions from the new radio number, then reverse!

Got to go out for a short while seeya soon.

I did already not working

can anyone pls give me solution

pop did it again - lol -

Hi, can anyone give me the code of the safe please?

5132 I thing

Can't make sense of the ladder clues - probably the last one since the shapes tie in with the door.
And what;s with the shoe - japanese cinderella?!

I am trying to add the hint from paper to the drawings from the ladder and get

9 . 6 3 but not right

Did it! found the code finaly!

do we need to use the shapes/ladders on the books too?

from ladder puzzle
triangle is a 2
star like a 3 without the middle bar
circle a 5 and
square a 2

star hint is a square bar which makes it 3
if paper follows door order then triangle should become 6 and circle 9 -

I still can't get the mirrorcode:(
So, if I use the knobs like 41352 it won't work.
And if I reverse that (25314) then it doesn't work either.
So, what do I have to do?

Kees
4 is bottom right
1 top left
3 bottom left
5 top right
2 bottom right

so click this starting at bottom of my list

Tank you, missSwiss, I tried that so many times, but - stupid me - I had to click the mirror to take it off.
I thought it would come off itself:)

Still live? Hope its a good one. Here I come.

trawling in desperation found a random I love Japan over the window - not that it helps- very very stuck

and out finally

this is not very logical -else I missed a clue somewhere

hint:
the bars from the note have to be added to the numbers/drawings from the ladder game
but only 3 of the 4 have to be altered the last two bars from the note go on one number - and they are not in order

hey,i don'r understand the clue for the door...can anyone explain???

Acymy
do you understand the ladder game? - this gives you the first part of numbers

then you have to add the bits from the ladder-note to that and you get a 4 digit code

SP6OI8L2E3R

Oh,Thanks SwissMiss !!

Walkthrough

lift up carpet for SD - zoom on books and click last one - it needs a 3digit code
but I don’t know if it is a bug - if you click twice it openes and you can take REMOTE for AC.

Highlight remote and turn on AC - a picture falls out - you will find it unter the left blinds.
It shows you where to cklick behind shirt and you find a RED KEY

zoom to cubboard and pick up clue for laddergame - also open a door with key and find a memo
this is the hint for the 4-digit- safe - open safe for COIN solution below

zoom to doggy and click on side to reveal collar ? - unscrew it with coin and get GREEN KEY

open other cb and find BATTERY

zoom on radio and turn it around - open batterylid with SD and insert battery

turn Radio on and click right arrows twice to see 41352 code - this is the code to get mirror off the wall - solution below - make sure you click middle of mirror at the end to get it off
take Ladder-puzzle

now do the ladder puzzle and you end up with a 2 a 3 without middle bar, a 5 and a 2
now add the bits from the ladder-note to make a 4 -digit-code

put it into door and you are out

sounds so easy but was hard work -lol

Solution

4 digit safe - count the colored sheets
5132
mirror:
note position of dials 4th is bottom right, etc. then reverse the order because the hearts on mirror are “reveresed”
b-r,t-r,b-l,t-l,b-r

the ladder note is a bit confusing but what it means is that the bars relate to the numbers starting with the star, meaning the triangle is not affected
if one adds the - to the star it becomes a 3
add the bottom left vertical bar to the 5 it becomes a 6
add top left and bottom right vertical bar to the 2 it becomes an 8
so code is 6823

if I was a wizard in computing like Small-tool or Edgar I would have a link here with a picture
sorry guys! this will have to do

I got the Happy End...by clicking the slipper under the bedspread?
or something else ...because I was clicking everything again and again to do something ...but nothing happened....but still got happy end....so I am guessing it could have something to do with the dog and slipper....making up my own story since I don't understand their story!!!! LOLOL

TY for WT @swissmiss...I needed it!!!!

829 doesn't work on the book for me. So Swissmiss, your WT says it's a bug and click twice, but that doesn't work either. Does anyone have a hint about opening the code for the last book???

Oh well...gotta go. This doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me and I've read all your comments twice!..

zoe
i did it twice and both times the book opened
perhaps it is. fixed now? i only remember that there were 3 numbers from books which had markings which were not repeated so perhaps try those

The blank book must have been a bug that's been "fixed" because now it won't open (neither with 2 clicks nor with 829 from the books as posted above). I tried both the "PUSH" button and the vertical slot.

Without that, can't get anywhere.

The code for the book is 264.
Just put the books in the right order, that means from 1 to 9, and you will see three number.

Thanks Rakuyuki !

You are welcome, Drisana

For happy end, turn off the air conditionner before leaving.

I did all this myself and was having fun... until... clicking the middle of the mirror I missed, and that ladder puzzle was crazy.

Great little game!
For the mirror clicks... I don't think they were reversed or mirrored from the radio. It's just the "other way" of looking at a number clue.

The numbers are: 41352
The directions: ul, dr, dl, dr, ur
So, pair the numbers with the directions and use them as cardinal numbers, like this:
ul=4th to use, dr=1st, dl=3d, dr=5th, ur=2nd

Now you get (starting with 1st):
dr, ur, dl, ul, dr
which works to put the mirror down.

Thanks to Rakuyuki for explaining the book code, enabling me to play the game today. (Books 1-3 form the first digit, 4-6 the second digit, and 7-9 the last digit. The black squares are the background and the light squares form the digit.)

Thanks, SwissMiss for connecting the radio to the mirror and for the explanation of the final code -- I had to reread the explanation several times before it all clicked! (Also for writing the WT).

Ellie, I agree with you on the radio code. When I saw the numbers, that was my interpretation as well.
