hi, this looks like a very nice game.
code for the box is on the chairs and upstairs in the bookcabinet there's a code for the stove (got SD from stove), but really have to make breakfast first.

Got knife, wrench, clue for piano and stove, trying to figure it out.
Finally Refresh, refresh, refresh, refresh........
PARTIAL WALKTHROUGH- This is my first, be gentle :)
Jewel on stairs lower left.
Jewel behind pillow left chair.
Move piece on chess board, take chess piece. Get Jewel.
Take cigar from right ashtray.
Jewel left ashtray.
Note box between ashtrays needs a shapes code.
Take jewel between bar stools. Note shape clue on backs of stools.
Note lamp above needs bulb.
Take blue bottle in kitchen.
Knobs on stove make colors on wall.
Take jewel by the book.
Use shapes code on box between ashtrays, get unlit cigar.
Jewel lower right of fireplace.
Jewel on mantle.
Note cover on mantle needs to be pried.
Logs in fireplace says, “nice day for a fire”.
Jewel on piano music.
Jewel on piano keys.
Piano keys interactive.
Jewel in planter to the right of piano.
Jewel on front door hinge left side.
Click lower section on box by the front door, note pictures. Upper box has wood cover.
Zoom in on knick knack shelves to the left of the door, take Jewel.
Same frame, note color game on the first box.
Click left planter for Jewel on table, take newspaper. Use newspaper and lit cigar in fireplace. Take monkey wrench.
Zoom on grandfather clock, take jewel.
Clock face needs knob.
Click refrigerator, take jewel off counter.
Note color letters.
Zoom back out to main room, click bookshelves on second floor.
Click dark blue book on 2nd shelf left side, take jewel, note piano clue.
Click green book bottom row, left side, take jewel.
Click brownish black book top shelf on right for jewel.
Click wooden puzzle game, take jewel off book to right.
Take light bulb from center lamp. Put in hanging lamp above bar stools, get color pattern.
Back to piano, zoom and play notes from fridge. Get rose.
Use color code on back box on knick knack self for ring and knob.
Use knob on grandfather clock.
first live one for ages - easy in and out but great fun!
Candlestick from left mantle above fireplace.
These items will be dropped in the box by the door.
Panel on Grandfather clock, locked.
Wooden game on upper bookshelves is code for the stove knobs. Took screwdriver and salt shaker.
Don't know piano keys =[
Any help with that ?
Use screwdriver on item on mantle for clue to grandfather clock. Note time to use on GF clock. Take Plate shape item.

there is a book upstairs which tells you the keys then play tune acc fridge letters

Mike, there was a code for the piano keys, can't remember where. The "C" key is the white one below the E in Steinway name. From the C, the white keys are CDEFGABC.
Take knife from kitchen to cut leaf on plant by fireplace. Place all items, including the leaf into the box by the door. and OUT!

Really nice game!!! I loved everything, even the music...why can't others play a complete piece of music instead of a repeating 20 or 30 seconds...I wonder?
In and out with no hints, yes it was easy ...but very entertaining!!!!
I second @nokra regarding the music. btw, the end scene was Yosemite Park in California. That's Half Dome on the right.

Just recently I've played "Parrot Escape" and I had to cut leaves and grass with a knife =D
It was the first thing I tried...and voila...
HOWEVER...
I missed that deadly simple thing like the light bulb upstairs and was missing the clue to open the box with the color code. (Damn!)
How do i get past the stove and the clock on the mantle> help would be appreciated! thanks!
