Coin from using knife in wall next to 4-digit box.
Now found second crown and a saw
used stick on one of the spots on the wall for a second puzzle piece. Still can't find where to use the nail.

The E you get from using the coin in the box.
And I think you get the coin from using knife in wall next to 4-digit box.

But I found only one key and no use for the stick.

stick is used on floor boards on one of the spots on the wall and to move the barrel.

Anyone still around? i cant get the balls in the right position. Its the cannon balls that are the clue right? I only see 3 and I havent found a hammer....help

@shadysmith: are you talking about the code where you can change the directions? The clue for that is on one of the crates. It has metal rings on it.
Yes I am, but i cant get that to work...I thought it was the cannon balls then i noticed the crate, cant get it to work either.

For the stick look at where the red line goes through the skulls board next to the door.
Pick the numbers on the same spots on the picture above the 3-color code box.
the code for the stick box is done by combining the clue with the skulls and red lines on it with the clue one screen to the right with the numbers. draw the lines on the picture with the numbers so you get 3972.

On the skulls board the red line goes through the first skull in the first column, so from the other picture you pick the first number of the first column there and that's 3 etc. etc.

WALKTHROUGH
Note the positions of the skulls indicated by the red line on picture on the left.
Note the flag on the map on the right.
Go right.
There is a picture of numbers on the left - note the numbers indicated by the skull picture in the first scene.
Use the colours on the map in the first scene to open the metal box for Crown 1/2 (solution below).
Note the directions of the rings on the crate to the right.
Go right.
Use the clue of the rings on the crate to open the puzzle under the cross-bones and take a hammer (solution below).
Take the nail from the right side of the chair.
Go right.
Use the code you got from using the skull picture and the number picture on the gold box for a stick (solution below).
Use the stick at the base of the barrels for the 'T' puzzle piece.
Go right.
Take crown 2/2 from the net.
Use the nail on the treasure chest for the 'S' puzzle piece and the knife.
Go right twice.
Use the stick on the loose board for a hacksaw.
Use the hammer on the closest box for the 'R' puzzle piece (that's the pirate's favourite one. Get it? Arrrr! Anyway...)
Use the stick on the crack in the wall on the right for the 'A' puzzle piece.
Go right.
Place the crowns on the arms of the chair for a key.
Go right.
Use the key on the metal box for the 'P' puzzle piece.
Use the knife on the crack in the wall on the right for a coin.
Go right.
Use the hacksaw on the plank of wood for the 'I' puzzle piece.
Use the coin on the decorated gold box for the 'E' puzzle piece.
Go right.
By now you have all of the letters of the word so pop them in the squares above the door. Click on the door to open and again to exit and you're free!
SOLUTIONS
Flag colours box: As per the map the flag is that of Italy: SPOILERgreenSPOILERwhiteSPOILERredSPOILER.
The cross-bones puzzle: As per the rings on the crate in the previous scene the directions in which the spots should point are: SPOILERupSPOILERleftSPOILERdownSPOILERdownSPOILER.
Ordinary gold box in third scene: The order of the skulls in the first scene are first, third, second and fourth. Therefore, when that order is applied to the rows in the number picture we get: SPOI3972LER.

I'm sorry, I know these games are free, and I REALLY do appreciate that, but when trying to load this game I was directed to other sites - and just in case it was something I did incorrectly, I closed and restarted. The same thing happened the second time. Honestly, I do NOT appreciate being redirected to another page. Does this not bother anyone else?
