you get a string for the hook from monroe code

I i combined string and hook and got a tube from vase
annaby - the color code is not working for me

Put the tube on carpet corner and than lamp.Gives a code.
after 20 times putting the same colors in suddenly it worked
after that easy out!
Got key from phone.
there is no hook in my game :)

Hook in the back left hand side of white seat cushion - need knife.
exit is on the left, to right of dresser
Hook comes from the left white chair, use knife on it.
Exit - click where the purple wall meets the black one.
I tried 100 times to cut that cushion...no success :((

cant get the # code. It looks like 2314 but doesn't work
very buggy game. restarted and monroe code doesn't work. tube disappears after carpet. no code on lamp and #'s from mirror dont work.
Get a grip game makers. get these things right instead of frustrating so many gamers with crappy games!

I believe you have to zoom in on the Monroe pictures before the color code will work.
For the number code, follow the lines down from 1, 2, 3, 4 in order to get the solution annaby posted: 4312

Thanks @Zazie for where to put light and tube (I thought it was a pill bottle, lol!)
Would be nice if phone showed you the numbers as you enter them.
@ting ting same here...I had just decided to think myself again :) The "thing" was a bit strange, I thought it was a starter for a fluorescent lamp (!) and always tried to attach it to the UV lamp ;)
Until I tried it (by accident!) on the floor spot and then figured out it actually contains some liquid stuff ;)
HINT For the phone code, make sure you do not forget the # key at the end ;)
Zoom on the bottom right corner of the bed frame
Get the KNIFE
Zoom on the white cushion in the bottom left corner of the room
Zoomed in, you can see a line in the upper left corner of the seat cushion
Use the knife there for the HOOK (glad you didn't sit there!)
Zoom on the white chest of drawers
Click the left drawers to see a place to enter a color code
Enter the colors for the STRING
In your inventory, combine the hook and string
Still zoomed on the dresser drawers, click the vase on the right side of the dresser top
Go fishing for the TUBE OF LIQUID
Zoom on the nightstand to the right of the bed
Enter the number code
Get the BLACKLIGHT
Back up
Zoom on the bottom corner of the rug (bottom middle of the game screen)
Use the tube of liquid on the purple section on the right
Now use the blacklight to see some numbers and symbols
Zoom on the phone on the left nightstand
Enter the code you found
Get the key
Zoom on the door by clicking where the left purple wall meets the black back wall
Use the key on the door to escape (don't zoom in)

Number Code
Zoom on top of the mirror over the dresser. There is a game here where you need to follow the lines from the top numbers to the bottom numbers. The down arrow next to them tells you to go from the lowest to highest numbers (at least that's what I think it is supposed to mean--1234). So follow the line from the top number 1 to the bottom number 4, from 2 to the 3 etc.

Phone Code
Zoom on the rug and pour the liquid from the tube onto the right side of the rug. This liquid is sensitive to UV so use the blacklight on it. See the code SPOILER25970#SPOILER (Make include the pound key on the phone.)
