got a key from the calendar, but it doesn't seem to open anything,
nvm. I found 3 different keys and used them all now. Have a water clue and a star clue.
got a green star, but can't get stars from vase or fish bowl.

I don't understand what to do with the clues especially the ones in the book.
got a yellow star from enter the code word into the boy's drawing
The numbers in the book 'draws' a 6 on the calendar...use the knife on the number 6 and it gives a key to the l/h cupboard under the t.v.
how did you know what the code word was.
@lbg in the kitchen there is a panel. Use the screwdriver (also from the kitchen to open it)
The code word is on the paper in the panel

I used the other code word on the cabinet in the kitchen.
got red star from vase
hmmm...I just reloaded and I still needed the transparency sheet...your game must be half played for you already KKF :P
brute forced the 2 number cabinet for the fish net
Got the blue star
Use the TV stars and the curtains for the 2 digit code...shame KKF...LOL
ok, so I went out. for the green star, get the key from the kitchen between the two movable
@Martin :D I think I read your comment wrong. I thought I was supposed to use the transparency sheet to read the code word from the kitchen.
so never mind!
belatedly found the yellow key in the kitchen (to the right of the cabinets)
also brute forced 2 number cabinet and out now.
@Martin: I couldn't see how the tv stars and the curtains worked together. How do you get just two numbers from that?

nevermind. I looked at it again. I get it now.
@kitkatfox. look at one half at a time and trace the order of the colors from the tv code. This will trace a number on each side when you do it.
Left curtain =left digit...trace the coloured stars for a number. Do the same with the right curtain.
Oops...the kitchen code *isn't* in CAPITALS! Sorry.

I was trying both at once XD
Open the middle drawer of the TV stand and take the REMOTE
alas, again no batteries. There seems to be a battery shortage in the escape game world.
Go left
Open the middle drawer of the desk for the BOX CUTTER
Click the desk chair to move it
Zoom under the desk where the chair was for the YELLOW KEY
Open the long drawer of the desk and click the book
Click the left pages until you come to a page with a series of numbers and Aug. at the bottom
This is a clue
Zoom on the calender, and hey! It's on August!
If you follow the order of the numbers from the book on the calendar, you can mentally trace a number 6
Use the knife on the 6 on the calendar for the PINK KEY
Use the yellow key on the door to the kitchen and enter
Open the bottom door of the fridge
Drag the vegetables out of the way so you can find the ORANGE KEY
Zoom on the sink
Hey! There's a SCREWDRIVER woohoo!
Zoom on the panel on the floor to the left of the fridge
Use the screwdriver and then click the handle
Get the PAPER
Click the paper in your inventory and then the about item button
Click the bottom left corner of the top fold of paper in the about item view to open it
Read the white letters
Back up and zoom between the tall brown cabinet and the yellow kitchen cabinets
Get the DARK YELLOW KEY
Back out of the kitchen
Use the orange key on the bottom right drawer of the desk for the TRANSPARENCY PAPER
Zoom on the drawing of a boy over the desk
Enter the keyword – capitalization matters!
Click the yellow button and take the YELLOW STAR from inside

Go left
Zoom on the clock at the bottom of the bookcase
Click the bottom left leg to turn it around
Click the battery compartment cover and take the BATTERY
Use the dark yellow key on the yellow box on the second shelf of the bookcase
Get the GREEN STAR
Zoom on the picture on the bottom right of the bookcase
Place the transparency paper on the picture to see a code word
Go left
Close both sides of the curtains and see the lovely stars
Go left
Use the pink key on the left side of the TV stand and get the FISH FOOD
Open the about item view of the remote control
Turn it over and put the battery in the compartment in the back
Use the remote on the TV to see a hint about star order
Combine this with the curtains and enter the solution into the right door of the TV stand
Hit OK and click the handle
Get the FISH NET
Go left
Enter the kitchen
Zoom on the cabinet that needs a code word
Type in the word (capitalization matters!) and click OK
Open the cabinet and get the PINK PITCHER

Zoom on the sink
Click the faucet and use the pitcher to fill it with water
Back up 2 times and go left
Zoom on the fish tank
Put in the fish food and then use the net to get the BLUE STAR
Zoom on the flowers to the right of the fish bowl and pour the water into the vase for the RED STAR (use the pitcher by clicking the bottom of the vase where water already is)
Zoom on the door and put in the stars

Solution to the 2 digit code -- thanks Martin and jbg for explaining to me!
The TV tells you green, yellow, red, blue, pink, purple. Turn to the large window and close the curtains. You need to follow the stars to mentally trace numbers BUT you need to do it on each half to get 2 numbers. On just the left curtain, you go from the dark green, left to yellow, up to red, right to dark blue, down to pink, and right to dark purple. This traces the number nine.
On the right curtain, go from the dark green, right to yellow, down to red, left to dark blue, down to pink, and right to dark purple. This makes a two.

@KKF...the kitchen code is in lower case...the picture code is in capitals. I had already opened the kitchen one but hadn't realised...I've played again and capitals won't work there. Another nice w/t btw.

@Lydia, you use the knife on the blue 6.
just click on the knife and then click on the 6. It works every time for me.

I posted an explanation to the mysterious colour-number clue in the new Dghgbakufu game. Thought I'd mention it here aswell so that everyone can look back and read it and feel the pleasure of enlightenment.
@Martin :D I thought I made the capitalization part clear in the walkthrough by saying it matters.
I know I put the words correctly in the spoilers. I hope it makes sense to players if they get stuck!
