Use brush on the yellow shapes on wall and get another stone triangle.
next to the door of the puzzle I can not do it
have another break from first scene, just pushing those sticks without any clue...

Using Diamond, Ruby, Ruby, Emerald on the crates. Click on those colors in the next room over and write down the numbers on the sundial.

I'm stuck with one chest to open, and one keyhole to open, and one hole in the wall that needs something shoved in it. The hole next to it has the crystal in it.
I'm off to a meeting, hopefully someone will figure it out by the time I get back.

So the chest is the (lacking) fishbone code, I still don't see how it could explane the bars in the first scene.
@ezio, look at the fish. see that each fish has a different nr of bones. There are some bones missing. Count the missing bones from each fish and you have your number...
well, maybe I just got lucking guessing for the lever/fish hint. I could be totally wrong!
Hi i think the missing bones are the code for the chest.
Lever code : 1213, it is also from the fishbones, look at the bones pointing down : first lever click once, second two times (bone is on 2nd position), third click once, and last three times.

solved the code with the crates
on second scene to the right click on the coulerd dots on the wall
note the number on the sunclock thing responding to the pressed colour
now you can decipher the code from the crates using the colour of the gems
the code belongs to the box on the thrid scene to the right
I have three triangular stones but they won't go in the triangular shapes on the wall... still need a square stone.

this is strange... replayed & did the triangular stones first (you'll get square stone) - it worked for me...
(maybe a bug?)
Ha thank you premiere - I restarted and the three triangle ones went in perfectly simply! I knew they had to go there, it was driving me mad. Just a glitch I guess.

accidentally got the heights of the bars when I was trying a new pattern. Out with help with counting missing fish bones. I didn't think of counting what wasn't there lol
Aaaah! Got it - Fishbones are clue for 2 puzzles. Missing bones for pirate chest and position for levers in first scene!
