stool, yellow key (used), silver key, arrow button looking thing, knife, and some sort of fruit cut in half.

Candle on bottle gives clue for code need for stool. Code inside cabinet is for blue pan.

put arrow paper on potato and used knife. Now in other room.

Hi Yvon,
Where's the yellow key?

did you find the button on the right of code inside cabinet with code?

(one code too many)

so far, can't open the box with coloured buttons.

Me neither,
In fact, I can't do anything in the new room after using the silver key to get that box.

can zoom on bottle.

Oh, I can place the stool and take the little bottle, but needs a code too.

and can zoom on strange looking thing before clock.

as always, tried that already several times, but only worked after you posted that.

think password will be inside box.

need somebody to translate the signs on the bottle.

When I try the colours on the box, it says; hint hasn't been foun yet!?
So the colours on the rug/blanket are not the (only) hint.

And the big bottle in the cupboard says;
Generally known ditch [ro] [ku]. So in the reason which now becomes drunk the [wa] which does not go.

I somehow opened the colour box. Not sure how though. Just clicked a bit. I think I ended with BRY, but really not sure what I did before.
Anyway, now I can go down in the first room.

Well, I give up. To go out you need to open the little bottle and no idea at all what the code could be. Language problem.

It's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiragana

(no hacking, just yet)

is anyone still here..???

Justė,
on drawer in desk in room behind door with arrow lock

Spoiler #1: (from hacking)

かりんとう

(the game-maker put a real nice BOMB in this one, for us hackers... prick)

what is the code for blue pan??

look like 142 but not working

Pete B,
see on digits paper, what you NOT see (in white)...
;-)
SPOILER

thank goodness they've got a MUTE BUTTON!

this sound drives me insane...well if I was 3 years old I'd love this to bits to play me lullabies but...

hmm I wonder why my color box does not respond to any button presses.

POP it says I have not found a hint. Actually I do have, but I seem to miss a cutting tool for getting rid of that string...

I can't get it to respond, either...probably need to do something else first...but all I have is the box and bottle ....

Did anyone get out that can help us???

you need to open the bottle first (see spoiler from GuruOne)

isn't the bottle needing a code??? did you open bottle yet, arbeitslooser?

TY @yvon..I was afraid to use it because I thought it was a bomb...lolol
Now...what does that thing for the box do???

you need to combine that note with note on strange looking thing before the clock. Press them in order of 1,2,3,4,5. Look at the position of the 1 on the note, then take that colour from note before clock.

LOL...just a slight language and culture barrier....

Just needed the paper so I could leave...

Think GuruOne has problems with the hacking because of the bomb.

I can't even write the words I want...lol thanks, Yvon...I meant, what does the thing FROM the box do??? lol And of course, it is the letter that the game is all about! and gets you out the door!!!!

@nokra no I did NOT! I was not able to, to put it bluntly.
I made this funny kind of "potato printing" (ahhh, childhood memories) to get the door open. But I would need the very same thing again to open that bottle probably, since it's the very same pattern.

POP finally I got further in the game! I wondered that you guys were always talking about a STOOL.

Heck, so that was the wooden thing that looked like a birdhouse to me LOL!

Stupid question, but where is the door to leave?

       Anonymous  9/24/11, 9:32 AM

friwi,
there a down bar bottom of screen with table & cupboard, but first take the other letter on table...
;-)
Btw, there are NO stupid questions... (only stupid answers, LOL!)

Premiere, thank you. I was in the kitchen and just saw your comment. Still have not found the door. You mean the table in the second room? In view of cupboard and kitchen door? Can't get to table there (and nowhere else).

       Anonymous  9/24/11, 9:48 AM

yep, friwi,
before leaving, you must have 3 papers in inventory.

just to clarify, for the ending, first go back to the first room and find a down bar at the bottom of the screen. This takes you to the door you will leave by, but you can't go through it just yet.
Now go back to the second room with the round table and there will be a note on the table.
Take the note, go back to the exit door, and leave!

This game is also entitled "The Key - Chapter 1".
Chapter 2 is "Escape the Room No14 - Postal House" (by Suzunari); these two makes up the whole story of "The Key".
