I can't figure out the candles in Q. I think one of the books gives the hint for it but I can't get it right.

Can't find crowbar
it was not too difficult, but nice one
and out. Get hammer after using red key and use it on the mask with the red x on it to get blue gem.

Nobody mentioned the Orange Gem inside the wall of skulls
The second book contained the clue for the candle-lighting order. ;)
Did anyone else wonder, if the photographs are all from one real place, that, with a bit of a tidy-up, haha, it would make a hell of a venue for a club for rich goths?

Is anyone here? i must be missing something with the candles. The order is 361425 right?
At the end I won when I clicked on the phone. The game didn't wait for me to enter the phone number.
Saw the 361-4250 clue in the book, but 361425 doesn't work for me for lighting the candles. So I'm stuck. I give up.
@Selfdefiant, you really outdid yourself with this location - by far, the most intriguing yet! And the music was perfect for the game. Once again, I THANK YOU!
As for the candles, the phone number (361425[0]) did not work for me. In order to keep all the candles lit (and get the red key) I had to light them in this order: 351426.

oooooo noooz! The correct order for lighting the candles is 351462! I went back and checked, so please ignore my previous comment!
Okay, the candle order that finally worked for me was 351462. I played through a second time and it was the same. It was odd though, when I went back to the scene with the candles after lighting them, 361425 appeared in red in the middle of the screen.
My candle clue was all wrong. This was my clue: http://i165.photobucket.com/albums/u51/Smurfbunni/Misc/hollowhills.jpg After seeing the comments, I tried 351462 and that worked. :(
Great game, a couple of nit-picks:
The clue for the 4-digit box code says it's reflected which would indicate 7183 not 3817
Where was the clue for the candle order? 361-4250 would suggest that it should be that, not 351462...
Also the fades were a bit of a pain. I can see why they worked with the game, but with a fairly slow internet (not helped by software update in the background) it was too laggy.

Ooer! I wrote down the order as I lit the candles, not realising until afterwards that the order hint was in the book.
I've just rechecked my notes because so many people have had problems, and my order was 361425.
How could that change between games? I'm going back in...... =)
To Maddz:
My pc is very small, and internet painfully slow, using mobile broadband through a low-speed port, but I found the scene changes were quite fast compared to most Selfdefiant games. I hate to say this, but have you cleaned your cache and other history lately? =)
My order is still 361425. A server anomaly, perhaps?
I don't know if that can happen, but it looked like the american players having problems.
Also to Maddz:
If you stand on your head while looking at the scene in "J", you will see 7183. So reflect it properly now, and you have 3817. It isn't wrong at all. ;)

C take black key out of pocket, go left
B go up, you need black key to enter the little house
G book gives clue; second book gives golden key and number clue. Notice vent with blood that needs something to remove it. Go d, r, r, into door with golden key

M notice box for gems, and a panel in the ceiling that needs a screwdriver, go left
L right up there is a hotspot with red buttons, push it in book order for Yellow Gem, go back, r and u
O take silver key from floor right middle, go d, l, l
K take lighter from tap, Orange Gem from skulls, go l

The hotspots of this game are too small, I can't find anything by myself.
The orange gem is supposed to be in K, but I can't find it.
Orange gem. Click the skulls just below the wine glass. Click the eye socket of the middle left skull.

Normally, I don't have any probs at all to find the hotspots in a SD-game. But this time evil spirits seem to gang up on me, that I had to cheat almost for everything...
