Yes I gave coffe to the bear: I receive then the scroll with numbers.
But I have no up arrow
What must I do before ?

You have to put the paper from balloon on the word ROSE and/or on the tiles which are an 8. then enter the code i wrote above in the msg box while standing in front of the bear i guess. Maybe then you get the up arrow.

Not really, but it must have to do with the paper and the word ROSE...the combination.

This WT is including some crucial codes which I don’t understand. Thanks to GuruOne we got through the game. Also thanks to many other players who came with all the solutions.
Part 1:
Click down.
Zoom in middle tree to get scissors.
Zoom in right tree to see a code (1 in an 8 shaped thing).
Click arrow above trees to go to pink rabbit girl.
Click left to see a monkey jumping up and down.
Go down and right to see a well.
Use scissors to get a spike.
There is a coin you can’t get yet.
Highlight spike and click in well.
Get the coin (yellow thing) and see another clue.
Get out of the well, click down and up to see the lion.
Get coin left side of lion.
Click right side of ice stand to see a box (gous).
Click left to see a dirty rock. Just on the right side is a ladle.
Click the ladle to see another code (C) on the top of the handle.
Click right small rock a few times to see another code.
Click left small rock for third coin.
Go back to the well and use ladle to get the fourth coin.
Go down to the lion and click the right side of the stand.
The code is four, four, three, two.
Use ladle to get ice cubes.
Quickly go down to the girl rabbit and give the cubes. She’ll give you feathers.
Now up and left to the dirty rock and use melted ice to see another code.
Time to buy some ice cream. Highlight you 4 coins and click lion. You’ll get an ice horn.
Part 2:
Highlight ice horn and click the ice. First take brown, then blue, pink and white. (1342)
Go back to the monkey and give the ice.
Go back to the tree view and the monkey will climb up and drop a pink thing near the trunk.
Go to the lion and give him the pink thing. He’ll give you an axe.
Go to the rock where the monkey was and use the axe. Go down the hole and pick up the hook. There is a green handle but at this point it’s of no use yet.
Click down and you see a balloon and a coin sticking in the ceiling on the right.
Go left and pick up rope ladder and coin. There is a blue 8 grid in the wall.
Click down to see the balloon again. Click up to see the cat. Pick up 2 coins and go up.
Get coffee grinder near bear and get coin in front of the left sand pile. Open grinder to get a key.
Go right and get coin and pick up black cloth. We want that shovel! (but not yet)
Click down and left from bear to see a big pile of sand in front of a blue door. Click code box to zoom in and click again on the right side for coin.
Zoom out and click right side of sand to get the scroll. Open the scroll with the scissors.
Go down to the bear and down to the cat. Go down (balloon) and down again. Click green handle.
Click the handle so it will go to the middle position. Then click LRMRLMR. (thx again @Guru) You don't have to stop in the middle when moving the pole, go directly from medium to left and then to the right (thx to Rocio)
And yes we have a screwdriver now. Let’s go for the shovel.
Go down (balloon) and up (cat) and up (bear). Now go right, and get the shovel.
Go down to the bear and left again to blue door. Use shovel and get another coin.
Go down twice to the cat and left. Use your axe to put a hole in the wall. Nothing to do else yet.
Go down and right from cat and pick up coin rightside of coffee machine. Go down twice to balloon view and go right. Use shovel and pick up pole from left sand pile. Click on the hole you just made and get the well view. On the lower right side there is a spot to click. Get the second hook.
Attach both hooks to the rope ladder and put it on top of the well. There is another coin attached on the bricks.
Go to balloon view. Now let’s get that coin from the ceiling and the balloon. Double click the thorn to see it. Click feathers and attach them to the thorn. Close the view and click pole. Attach the feathers to the pole. Use your brand new device on the balloon. It gives you a number code. Use shovel to get the coin in the ceiling.
Go to cats view and right to the coffee machine. Use 10 coins to buy coffee.
Go out of the well and put the black cloth over the hole which you made in the view where the monkey was.
Go back to the well, and go down (balloon) and up (cat). Now click left and see the word ROSE.
All the way up again to get the cloth back. Go to the lion again. He’s behind the stand. Give coffee to lion to get another scroll. This is the code for the blue door in the caves. It changes so I can’t give the solution, but it’s easy. Also get the coffeepot and the cup.
We need water to make coffee so back to the caves. (use well) The blue door is left from the bear. Insert the code from the scroll and go forward.
Use ladle in the middle to get water. Go back to the lion and put water in coffee machine.
Zoom in to grinder and put coffee in it. Click the handle and wait till it stops.
Put coffee in machine and make …. coffee. Poor the coffee in the cup and go back to the bear.
Give coffee to the bear. He moves to the left and now there is an up arrow. Use shovel to dig sand. Use the key and then open the message box right from save button and insert the code: desertrose
And you’re OUT!
At least….. I hope. It took me a long time to write this and had to replay the game. So if there are any errors please correct me.

If you place the paper with "2417" on the "ROSE" and rotate it two times (by clicking on it) you will see:

Thanks to GuruOne and the rest of folks who found out the "secrets" to finish this game... it was really difficult and almost impossible to find out the clues for the language barrier and it was annoying that everytime we clicked somewhere a window opened... got me really mad not being able to understand... again, THANKS TO ALL, I was finally out!!!
