I`m stuck a long time with a key, a code and knife.

I got as far as all the letters but 'y', entered the code, it reset to 0 and is now not accepting. Assuming I got the code right, but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
Found the 'y'. I'm out. Pretty easy.

Has anyone found the letter C? I have found the other 7 letters and 2 keys so far.
@faye, I cant remember exactly, but I had to cut open several things with the knife

Here's a hint: The code can be produced from both numbers, but neither number is the code in itself.

Blue: behind ball in cb on left side
Pink: plain view left side
Yellow: right of tv. There is also a knife here
Blue: in cb on right side
Light green: on small table
Orange: behind plant on right side
Green: behind orange door on the left side
Put them in the tower for a key to second room
A: Use knife on bear
B: Use knife on middle picture on the right side
C: Behind second B/W picture on left side
D: On book
Put ABCD in clock for code paper
W: In blue couch (use knife)
X: In yellow couch (use knife)
Y: behind right lamp in second room
Z: On left lamp in first room
Add numbers from clue paper for door code
Use key and OUT
