The first trick is to put the highest and the lowest number in the middle. And then the rest should be easy.

Nice game, but a bit pixely and too bad about the bug.
If you don't get the third puzzle piece from the shirt in the first room, you can't get it anymore when you've been in the second room.
al sal: same happened to me. I even tried to drag the puzzle pieces on the numbers...
And I thought everyone else found all the pieces in the first rooms (before opening the door).
Oh, btw about that puzzle in the first room.
You can only rearrange the numbers after you have looked at the clue on the paper.
Exactly Casual!! I was clicking like crazy allover the place. I even found a useless view of an empty waste basket that I bet not even the game maker knows it exists!!!
Unfortunately s-t I had already looked at the hint but didn;t try to drag the numbers...
@al-sal: I think the empty waste basket was the flower pot in 1st scene. there was a key inside

No hints about the puzzle in the second room? Is it still no consecutive numbers? I'm just not into numbers. I probably shouldn't be playing this one.
Second room puzzle is all about connecting the same numbers on the sides of the pieces.

Use this key on the wall painting and solve the number puzzle, and you will get the door key.

@tgp, there are two different puzzles. You have the pieces for the 2nd room, but in the first room you have to use a key (glued together) on the painting. You will find another puzzle there. You can drag the numbers around to switch places, but you need to have seen the clue to drag them.
Save your 3 puzzle pieces for later on.
Do you have the 3 key parts? The glue?
i've glued the 3 key parts into a single key and used it on the puzzle board, then it disappeared. now i've got a note with a clue and 3 puzzle pieces
I guess you mean you used the key on the painting? The puzzle board isnt until next room.
Did the painting turn into a grid with numbers?
Drag the numbers so they match the clue - no numbers next to each other or diagonal should be consecutive.
When you solve this, you should get another key for the 2nd room.
I'll post one of the possible solutions in the next comment.

@Lolian, it's been a while since i played this but as far as i remember you don't use the puzzle pieces in the first room. Save your 3 pieces for later.
To enter the 2nd room you need 3 pieces of a key (from boxes on the wall) and glue (in plant on table) to make a key.
Use this key on the wall painting and solve the number puzzle (you wrote one of the solutions in your comment).
Before you can solve the numbers behind the painting, you have to look at the note with "no consecutive numbers" and after that you can drag the numbers to switch place and solve them.
When solved, you see a "continue-text". Click that one to get the key to the door to the 2nd room.
