Oh my bad!! Sorry, I thought you are refering to the first door code.
For the first screen, you need to click 同意する
then, for the 2nd screen
if i recall correctly (they won't let me restart), the first one is asking for male/female, 2nd one is asking for age.
then there should be a button that says 決定
My first screen doesn't have any 同意する :(
OK, little typo from Shuchun.
For the ones having troubles, go back in your browsers to the very first screen and select right button, not left.
Hint:
For the first door, think 24hr clock :)
In case anyone needs help.. when you first go into the link, you should see the loading screen, then this:

Okay, use the pin on the metal pipe (the one with the hole at the end) to make a thingy to shoot balloon with.

It did say in the opening that there is no reception in the cave so the "headquarter" won't be able to send anything
Dunno if it's relevant, but u can flip the phone around too (via edges) but we need translations there too (maybe)

Can´t pass the door with 2 dials. My e-mail says 1111+405. I set left dial to 15(3) and right to 15(3). Is it? Click where after that. My door is still locked.

To turn lights on, turn around and use phone as torch.

The pipe I used for the balloon was on the right side of my inventory, next to the tack. I found it on the bottom view of bars.
Urban - my right side is full, and I have 3 spaces filled top row of left side

Where the ballon was... if you cick on what looks like a few black dots.. it will say that seems to be something written, but can be seen.
Then we can actually use the cellphone to zoom in!

Where is water bottle, and how to build box. Have screws and plate.
Now have a mixture in both the metal box and green bucket. Stir with the pipe
Edgar - you're using the wrong pipe! Click on the bottom view of the bars to zoom in. Then click the leftish side of bars to get the other pipe. This is also where you get the water bottle
Now I made two mixes of something and trying to figure where to use them

Make sure you have a "normal" view of the pipe (not the end with the hole), then if i'm not wrong, I think i clicked somewhere in the middle...

You can turn the gramophone around and take a coin..
Still one empty slot in inventory
Urban make sure to add water to both and use pipe to stir both
2 coins are on different views of drum set, 1 on top of machine, 2 on bottles, 1 under dispenser on shelf I am still missing 2.

@Donas, after you put the hand, the secret room opens and you take golden gramophone, there is a hole in the floor

@Donas, open the 3-dig code and make mixtures in bucket and in metal box to make a mold for your paw.
Use this paw then on the metal plate on the wall to open the secret passage.
I still can't make box from one plate and screws?

at drums click to left and right sides for different views. one is between symbals on left side at top. other under foot valve on right side.

1 from the lower left corner of coins machine.

found one on top of the coke machine... still need 3
@miles, i can't really remember where I got mine, but i think:
- 1 from gramophone
- 2 from drum set
- 1 from under one of the bottles
- 1 from using the ninja star in one of the bottles on counter
- 2 from under the stools (I found one at first, but after using ninja star, i found another one
- 1 from under one of the crates to the left of machine
- 1 from near the foot of the machine, when going back down the hole
Edgar, In left view, I found 1 in between the cymbals. I can't find the view for lower left of machine
Oh no... I don't have my star anymore. i think I used it on the bottle, but not sure about the stool
