Got it. Snoff, set the colors to the 4 balls to the colors of the three planets, and the sun. Red, blue, green, yellow, and then go back in the passage.

I hovered my mouse quite quickly over the pink flowers & the hot-air balloon showed quite fast, too (maybe they have to move all at the same time to let appear balloon)...
I did see the balloon, but it moved too quickly away, and I never saw it again. Didn't get the guy.
Oh my goodness! I think it must be you, premiere!!! As soon as I posted my 6:14 post, I got the balloon man!!! I tried and tried and tried, but not until you posted could I get him! ;-)
