If anyone figures out the shapes (worm, pentagon, bean and peanut--my best descriptions for them :P ) please share. I've been stuck there for 5 minutes, it's the only thing I have left to do, and I'm stumped.
- use spring on MUSCLE for puzzle TILE-1
- eyes from small to big for buttons under coloured balloons
- use pencil on BONE (bulb view) to draw a puzzle TILE (can't take yet)...

- STICK from kinda cross right of coloured balloons
(shorten points in correct order)
- use stick on grease right side (eye view)
order = S N E W
then wipe it on black rock in door scene for puzzle piece
- use greased stick on stone (exit view) for puzzle TILE-2
can't take puzzle piece from rib bone, trying to find some sort of tool
hint for floor puzzle on wall in puzzle piece room

My color button solution was

Where is the clue to the buttons? I've looked and used the little dots in the big yellow things by the bulb, but either they aren't the clue, or I'm doing something wrong.

The only (very far fetched...) hint for shape order, that I see, are the spots left of bulb:
- sizes from biggest to smallest
--> dots 2-5-2-1
--> 2 dots on bean or hourglass/peanut (change order here, if it doesn't work the one way...)
--> 5 points on virus/pentagon
--> 2 dots ditto above
--> 1 dot worm

I think the color clue is from the fruit by the door. Of course I didn't see it until I looked at your clues and went to exit...
Clue for buttons is the little eye-snails (small to large).
Had to brute-force shapes (order above didn't work for me)
Clue for the shapes: look at the amount of thin black legs attached to the shapes. The bean has 1 leg, pentagon 2, hourglass 3 and snake has 4 legs.
