This is such a disappointment for a Gotmail game. All the hints are very vague. I'm left with the charger and none of the suggested codes work on the bomb. Can't even find where to connect the charger :(
And I really wish the Japanese developers would use at least Google translators in these games. I don't know any Japanese, so I really can't figure out the passwords if they're in kanji...
this thing is baffling me, but PuzzledinCA.. translate 2349 into colours from the juices.
@Katak -- I spent about 1/2 hour where you are.
- turn thermo to 10
- go around room, get frost behind statue
- now you can enter NUMBERS in the password based on the positions of GOAL in the juices
- Then you can take phone and charge it
- under phone is an envelope with the password in Japanese

well I accidently closed the window and had to start over, I got to the phone part but only problem is that I can't get the strings out of the tea bag box so I guess I'm done playing this game.

@aridza, for me, I got the strings after making a cup of tea (go away and come back), then taking out tea bag and looking at the hint. Still had the box, so looked at it, and suddenly a pile of strings!
Well, there is a password in the envelope, but what is it, and where is it used ? And what about the phone with the charger ?
I'm guessing the last PW is an anagram from the juices again, maybe 6 letters. 2 different characters were "G" in nciku, but I couldn't get the rest.

Gotmail games are far from being as good as they used to be in good old days... First, they are not translated in English, then... What's the use of the mermaid ? Why must we make tea before we can pick up the strings in the tea box ?...

Beginning of game was EXCELLENT, lots of puzzles that you could attack in different orders.
Endgame is impossible without Japanese translation (and if you're Japanese, you need to know English!) And then end in French! ("Fin")

@Jolly, after you take the last cake from the right box, click again to get a code. Turn it 1/4 turn to see numbers (2349). Now, look at the juice containers and number them left to right (Apple =1, 2nd is Strawberry (red), etc. Write down the first letter of the fruit and the color of the juice -- it's used at least 3 times in the game.

Once you unlock it (you see exclamations in the Japanese text box), back up and click the top of the door.

Going to have to wait for some kind soul to post a walkthrough. Even with above comments I can't do anything much. Sad, these games used to be my favs but lately they pretty much are in the boring category.

When you first started we loved your games as you gave us an English translation. But in the last couple of years you've just stuck to pure Japanese.
Please start translating again. It's near impossible to beat a game on your own if you can't understand the written form of your numbers, references, or even have the ability to copy the text to use for online translators.

I think you need to click the pastry and then click the plate next to the box in order to take it out.
For the last password, the sentance"トし｜ノン欠 " on the paper in side the file is actually saying "トりノ次".
And when you turn over the paper, there is a picture which linked to another page. On that linked page, clicked the"S" which is gun liked, and you will see two Japaness or actually Chinese word"干支(which is "the Ten Celestial Stems and Twelve Branches" in English)".
"トり" means rooster.
The whole sentance"トりノ次" means "the next one of rooster".
The one who don't know the "Twelve Branches" can search in wikipedia.
Then, you will found that the next one of rooster is dog, so that the password for the telephone is "dog".
@Rakuyuki Thanks SO MUCH for the explanation of the end. (and the bad/sloppy spelling, which made it impossible to even TRY to translate the hint). If I were playing a Chinese or Japanese game and was told "The next after Rooster", I would guess the zodiac and look it up! (I'm a dog, and didn't know that the rooster was the one before me! LOL)
Finally had time to play this one.
And I got out.
Usually I don't post on games that aren't live anymore and usually I don't need the comments when not playing live.
But this time I really needed the comments for all the codes that had Japanese hints. So thank you very much guys for the translations.
And why post now is because I have to say, like a lot of other people did; really disappointed. Gotmails used to be very good, but with the language thing the fun is gone, or at least less.
Anyway, the other reason why I post is to tell you can really finish this game. The comments are very good. But there are some things that are really important;
- In Gotmail games you always have to see the hints first before a code works. So really click everything (also in the inventory) and to be sure; when zoomed in, click it again. For example; zoom in on and click all the juices to make the microwave code work. And of course you have to see the hint in the beef container too. And to see that, it's also a certain order of clicking things (plate, beef, plate again or something like that).
- For the safe; after opening it a screwdriver at the bottom and a teabox inside.
- For getting the writing on the window; it's like the comments say (thermo-thingy on 10, statue on table with 505 on the back and walk around), but for me it really took a long time walking around, taking the statue back, even putting the numbers in and out again, before it worked.
- For the end-code. You not only have to see the papers from the envelope, but also have to click one of them to open a new page. And I think you even have to shoot (by clicking the S) on that new page till the end code (dog) works and after that you can walk out.
@small-tool -- thanks for the comments. Even if I wrote a walkthrough, I wouldn't know some of those hints -- after all, when you're playing it live, you're running around and clicking on everything.
With the thermostat, I only remember going around the room once, but then I also set it to 28 and spun around as well before resetting it to 10.
If no one else writes a WT, I may come back when I have enough time. I think it's often good for someone who wasn't there at the beginning to write it -- the perspective is different.
Ah, that's a good one PuzzledinCA, the thing about putting the thermostat on 28 as well. I remember doing that too as one of the things to get that writing on the window, so maybe that's important.
But with all the previous translations and the great comment from Rakuyuki (thanks for that btw.) all the hints are quite clear now. Except maybe why to do things in a certain order (like putting the statue on the table to trigger getting the string from the teabox, or do I make that up now? Lol, late and drunk here).
Anyway, if you want to write a WT, it's all yours.

Thank you so much everyone for the great hint. I have just seen the writing on the blue window (thanks small-tool) had to replace my tiles in the statue. Now I am unable to enter the code in the phone to unlock it. I am not sure if it should be goal, god, dog.. or what?

After reading all the comments again, I have tried to enter 4915 into the phone then press enter. It is NOT working. I have clicked all the juices, clicked the blue window with the writing and nothing. I guess as per small-tools post, i have missed a little step along the way! I guess I am going to give up!

Which also means I'll have to step through the entire WT before posting it (I often move things around to a more logical-to-me order, but this game is very picky.)

After making the tea, you need to see the teabag again and click the string of it to know the string is too wet.
Then, you will realise to use the strings in the tea box.
Well, I got totally lost and confused in this game. This may be the last time I play a gotmail since you can't beat them without knowing Japanese. Too bad. They are excellent game makers. :(

Still zoomed on the table, click the floor to the left of the pole holding the table up
Get the LIGHTER that had fallen from the curtains
Back all the way up
Turn right to the drink bar

Click the rightmost warming pan holding the food

Click the food inside – sure looks yummy!
Click a plate to the right of the warming pan to move it
Now click the tongs to the right of the pan to move the food (you may need to click the tongs and then the food. Sorry, I'm not sure)

Double click the lighter in your inventory to see the about item view of it
Click the lid and then the wheel to light it
Close that view and use the lit lighter on the candle to light it (lol)
Back up from the juice bar again
Go right
Zoom on the table you can see under the left arch
Light this candle as well
Now click the napkin folded on the plate to unfold it
Unfold it 2 times and find the 0 SQAURE
Back out of there and go right to face the doors
Zoom on the shelf to the left of the door and light the candle
Do the same for the candle right of the door
Back up so you can see the doors
Click the top of the screen to look up
Use the knife in the gold ball to rain down confetti

The gold box on top needs a 4-digit code. Enter it and hit the enter button
Back up one time so you can see the front of the box. In that view, click the lid to lift it
Get the TEA
Still zoomed in, click the bottom of the gold box to tilt it

Back up and go right
Zoom on the table where you found the knife
Light this candle as well
When you have all 5 candles lit, something in the room will change
Turn right to face the juice bar again
The left picture has moved!

Get the MERMAID STATUE
Still zoomed in, click the picture frame to see the back of it
Take the WIRE from the upper right corner

Click the bag multiple times to dunk the tea
Once it is ready, the bag will go on the plate
Click the bag on the plate to zoom in
There is writing that I can't read on it, but @Tinned Vegitable translates the top line as 505
Back up all the way and go right 2 times
Zoom on the table you can see under the arch
Click the table pole and then the bottom of the table to see it is screwed on
Use the screwdriver to remove the screws
Back up one time and click the table to move it
Now click the handle of the panel underneath
Eek! There is a bomb and a phone that needs a password
There is also a SECOND 5 SQUARE
Back up 2 times
There is an odd blue window square – it is the one window that doesn't have frosted glass
Click the mermaid statue in the about item view and you can see a hint about 10 and 3 holes
You can place the numbered squares you found in the holes
The mermaid hint on the tea bag tells you to combine that hint with the mermaid statue so we know the order is SPOILER505SPOILER
Place the mermaid statue on the napkin on the table in front of the window
Move the statue by clicking it and you can see that it lines up with the blue window (you may also need to click the window, I'm not sure)
Back up 2 times and zoom on the wall panel under the last arch
This is the thermostat
The 10 on the mermaid was a hint, so click the controls to set the temperature down to 10 (you need to have placed and scooted the mermaid statue to be able to change the temperature!)
Wait a few seconds or turn a few times all the way around
Zoom on the mermaid statue again
Scoot it to the side once again, and someone saw your 505 (which looks like SOS)
They left a note in the window
Tinned Vegitable to the rescue again with the translation: to disarm the bomb,press enter "GOAL"
Back up and zoom on the floor panel again
Open the panel and click the phone
Enter the correct code and click enter
(HINTgoal is a clue not the password)
It will say OK when you have it correct
Take the PHONE
Still zoomed in, click the bomb to lift the panel
Get the ENVELOPE
SAVE YOUR GAME HERE, JUST IN CASE!!
Click the top of the envelope in the about item view to open it
There is Japanese writing at the bottom of the page
Click that page to switch to the second page
Click the picture on this page and a second tab should open in your browser
In this new tab, click the S in Stealth, and the gun will shoot
Keep clicking/shooting, and it will show you some hidden writing, but this doesn't seem to be necessary
Close that tab
Back out and turn left 2 times
Zoom on the right side of the drink bar and then on the water dispenser
Click both the cup of tea and the tea bag
Now open the box of tea in your inventory to get the STRINGS from the tea bags (guess your tea was perfect and you realize you don't need the other bags)
Click the strings in the about item view to get a LONGER STRING
Click the about item view of the wire from the picture to get a HOOK
Add the hook to the about item view of the long string to combine them
Go right and zoom on the table under this arch
Now zoom on the shelves to the left of it
Zoom inside the vase and see a key
Use the hook and string to fish it out – Take the KEY
Back up and turn 3 times
Zoom on the shelves that had the gold box
Now zoom on the locked cabinet at the bottom of them
Use the key and get the PHONE CHARGER
Add the charger to the phone in the about item view
After a few seconds, you will be able to click the phone (now charged) and separate it from the charger
Click the phone screen, and it will ask you for the password
Enter the correct one (the screen will be white with Japanese writing), and turn to the doors
They are unlocked now, so click to escape!

Microwave Code
Combine the hint from the warming pan with the juices to get the code. If you tilt your head to the right, the shape in the warming pan looks like 2349. The second juice from the left on the juice bar is strawberry, the third is melon, the fourth is grape, and the ninth is orange. So the colors are SPOILERred,green,purple,orangeSPOILER
NOTE!!! You must zoom on the juices to see their names before the code will work!
Gold Box 4-Digit Number Code
You have half the paper from the microwave and half from the confetti ball. Use the lighter on the about item view of the blank paper to see part of a math code. The left side is Japanese for 7300 (thanks, Tinned Vegitable). So the math is 7300+502=SPOILER7802SPOILER
Phone Password to Disarm the Bomb
The hint in the window according to @Tinned Vegitable is goal. But the word itself isn't the password. Instead, combine the letters of goal with the flavors of drink. G is grape, which is the 4th drink from the left – so the first number is 4. Convert grape, orange, apple, and lemon to get SPOILER4915SPOILER
NOTE!!!! This will only work if you zoomed on the names of each drink!
Phone Password to Escape
@Rakuyuki explains that the paper in the envelope said next after Rooster. Shooting the gun in the tab that opens says the Ten Celestial Stems and Twelve Branches. This has to do with a Chinese system for reckoning time. The Chinese zodiac is associated with the Earthly branches. The animal following the rooster in the zodiac is the SPOILERDOGSPOILER

Stealth Through - Part 1
I'll try to give a fairly direct solution.
Be warned that many of the clues of the game are in Japanese, so you must rely on translations.
Read post small-tool 8/26/11 2:42 PM about how to play the game.
Also, you should watch the Japanese text below -- sometimes you must click on things to get the hints there before you can proceed.
Solutions/spoilers are at end.
STARTING THE GAME
See 1st post MegiPoland 8/25/11 11:49 PM on how to start the game.
Game takes several minutes to load, even on a fast connection.
(Start screen shows a juice and food counter you will be working with.)
There are two Japanese phrases lower right -- first is for a new game, second to load a saved game.
For the intro, you can page through various scenes with Japanese text.
There's a lecture hall (perhaps you're being briefed on the assignment) and a hotel entrance.
STARTING OUT
You're facing the food counter you saw in the intro.
Click something.
The door slams behind you! (You are turned to face door.)
Click twice. (SAVE button and directional arrows appear)
Go right twice.
Click on middle alcove (where you see a table).
Click on the window.
See something above drapes.
Click drapes 4 or 5 times till it falls down.
Back up and turn right.
Click under table.
Pick up lighter from floor.
Double click on lighter in inventory to look at it. (From now on "Look at lighter")
Click on lighter to open it, then click on thumb wheel to light it.
Close (using the little "x").
Click on plate on table to take knife.
Use lighter on candle.
Back up twice.
Go back to door (left twice).
Click above door to see gold ball.
Throw knife at ball (click knife, then click ball).
Go down and click on stuff on floor to find 1/2 clue paper with Japanese writing -- see Tinned Vegitable 8/26/11 12:31 AM.
Zoom on candles left and right of door and light them.
Go right to food counter view.
Click to left of counter.
Look at all the pretty colored pitchers!
Zoom on each one and note the name and the color of the liquid.
Several clues are based on this set.
Back out and click on right of counter.
Look at the food containers -- you can't do anything with the first 3.
The fourth is meat with tomato sauce (by consensus), which is almost gone.
Open the container,
Click pile of plates, the meat, and the tongs you get the meat on the plate.
Click on paper under meat to see some strange markings.
Click again for a close-up view and click on the markings.
Turn you laptop or your head to see Number code #1.
Zoom on microwave (with colored dots) (2 times).
Press buttons to get green OK.
Back up.
Click top of oven to get tile #1 (5)
Click plate to get 1/2 clue paper. (blank)
Look at clue paper and use lighter to get Number Clue #2.
Back out and go left twice.
Click on left alcove.
See gold safe box that wants 4-digit number.
You can also see bottom of box (to see there's a couple of things in side?)
Enter code (code paper goes gray) back up.
Take purple tea box.
Open bottom of gold box for purple SD.
Note that box on bottom shelf needs a key.
Return to right side of counter.
Click on candle between meat box and orange water kettle and light it.
Zoom on kettle to right.
Open tea box and take out tea packet.
Open tea packet to get tea bag.
With bag highlighted, take rightmost cup.
Put tea bag in cup, press kettle and back out.
While the tea is brewing, explore the rest of the room.
Right once.

Click twice on celadon vase to see something you can't reach.
Back out and go right.

Turn back to face counter.
The picture on the left is tilted! (after all 5 candles are lit).
Zoom in and click twice to remove picture from wall.
Take mermaid statuette from alcove.
Click back of picture and take loose wire.
Look at wire and click it to get hook.
Go back and check on the tea.
Click a couple of times till teabag comes out.

You wanted a string for the hook!
Look at the teabox, open it and get lots of little strings!
Click again and get a long string.
Add your hook and have hook on a string.
Go back to the celadon vase and get a gold key.
Look at mermaid and turn it over -- there are 3 spots.
Place your tiles.
Place your statuette on the table next to the blue window.
Note that you can move the statue.
Zoom on the window and click on it.
Back out and turn the thermostat to 10c (that's pretty chilly).
While the room is cooling down, return to that locked drawer (right of the main door).
Use the key, open the drawer, and take out a charger.
Return to the mermaid -- the window has frosted over and someone has left you a message!

Enter code in phone, press ENTER to get green OK -- you've disarmed the bomb!
Take phone, remove bomb, and pull out envelope.
Look at phone -- it's gone dead.
Attach charger.
Remove phone from charger (that was fast!)
Look at phone, click a couple of times to see it wants an English Only password.
Look at envelope, open it, take out papers.
First paper has red password hint.
Second paper has an alternate view of the game start page.
Click on it for a closer view -- a new window opens.
Click the gun on top of "S" of Stealth several times to see another clue.

The Microwave hint does NOT work. I keep trying and trying but the MW NEVER EVER OPENS. I even watched a walkthrough video and i cannot figure out why it is NOT working.
Chris, did you zoom in on EVERY pitcher (or at least the ones from the clue) first?
When I was working on the WT, it didn't work for me because I was using my notes and hadn't "looked" at the pitchers.

MW still won't open. I clicked every juice container, the juice itself, the card with the name, the lid of the container - it just won't open. Too bad, because I missed this game the first time around and it looks like a good one.
I imagine that i played thisone already in the original version. I won´t go again....boring to play the same game lol....
I do think that IDAC have got ahead of themselves
for the foreign market, we are so much more flexible.
I think that the,"you have to click this and then that,
otherwise this doesn't work" in a 20 minute escape
puzzle solving Escape game, leaves us frustrated !
Either Either this was probably the most frustrating
IDAC game I've ever played.
Kit + Puzzled allowed me to Escape the first time
But the English version was just as hard, in fact Poxy !

@zoz you MUST take the beef (rightmost box) from the table. It's a bit tricky, get a PLATE off the pile to put it onto, click around with the beef and the plate, maybe also the TONGS as well to get the beef from out of the box (as you normally wouldn't use your bare hands for it either)
Without this number hint on the paper that look like a bird's eye view of a winding road system (tilt your head to the right) the MW won't open.

There's even a third way: with a suitable TFT monitor connected to your desktop PC, you could even ROTATE it to Portrait view! :) For instance, mine can do that.
@arbeitslooser, I did take the food from the serving dish and used the tongs to put it on a plate and removed the food tray and read the number hint AND then wnt to the juices, etc, etc, etc. MW DOES NOT OPEN!
I got the microwave open....I had to go back and look at all the juices again, and I clicked each name as well
don't know if that was the key to opening it, but tried before I did that and it didn't work....
After it said OK...I had to zoom out and click the middle of the door, not the handle in the zoomed view

@zoz OK, try to not only LOOK at the juices, but also click each one again so you get information ("yellow juice" etc.)
Maybe that's vital as well.

I thought I was going to be stuck at the very end....but , finally got the thing from under the bomb!!!! and then I could put the last password into the phone.....
Gotmail always has you click a link before you can escape...lol
I struggled with the code for the bomb.. even though I had looked at ALL the juice and cards... Seems that I failed to look at the window code close enough. I could see the words on window, but unless u look at them close up, the code won't work either.. More than extreme .. Not too fun.
