yes - just follow the directions exactly as given on bottom of map and put a cross at your end destination.

Thanks KiKi. Got rid of the Xs and just put one where the last one went and got a hotspot on the mountain. Now I just need to find out how to put the ruddy mouse in the new puzzle.

To make corn from the bread use the note on the blackboard with 1, 2, 3 etc.
Use Roman Numerals, but not as on the clock on the note, but the real roman numerals. So IIII = IV.
Just need the heart for the doll now.
Tried my "X" in all spots of map but can´t find where to dig.

Like on the note. You have to put some leaves, some achorns and some flowers in the cauldron. The sequence tells you how much.
After that combine bread and cauldron (I though not zoomed in but in the inventory).

Mine was on the left just under where that X is. Just move your cursor around (empty handed) and it should turn into a hand where you must dig
I couldn't see where to use the axe either Roberto... Once I had the 'X' in the right spot after doing co-ordinates, I just randomly clicked over the cliff face

I think we all have the same sequence, but the question marks on different places.
So the next one for you is 5 is V is 1 symbol, so that ? is 1
I is 1 roman numeral symbol
II is 2 of them
III is 3 of them
IV is 2 of them
V is 1
VI is 2
VII is 3
VIII is 4
IX = 2
X = 1
XI = 2
XII = 3
XIII = 4

For the leaves you need the basket from the taylor's room and the flowers you need to be desperately slow taking them from the garden to the vase so they don't go poof and lose all their petals

What to do with the science books? Picked up 1-5 of them and tried using them on the man/lady/owl but nothing works.

Put these amounts of leaves, achorns and flowers in the cauldron.
After that I had to try a little. Don't know anymore if I used the bread on the cauldron or the cauldron on the bread. But I think I did it in the inventory. Not with the zoomed in cauldron.
And I think I did it in the library view, but I guess that's not important.
(But maybe just maybe I did it in the zoomed in view of the cauldron, can't remember. Tried a lot and suddenly the bread was corn).

SEE! Brain dead lol... only just noticed the little pictures in the gaps LOL, but still can't get it right :(
To finish the lady use the note from the library.
Look at the 2nd number in each row, move forward two steps at the time, the number should increase by one and end up on the question mark. That is the number of that kind to use in the cauldron.
For example, if the leaf row is: 666,768,697,07? then you start and the 2nd 6, move two steps to a 7, two more steps to an 8, then the 9, then a 0 and finally the question mark. Which then is a 1. So you put 1 leaf in the cauldron.
Once the cauldron is filled correctly, you can click the owl (iirc) to awaken the lady.
Oh and after the 3 at the end, there is the other _

Or, lol, now I noticed, divide the numbers of each row in pairs instead of triplets. 666,768,697,07? turns into 66,67,68,69,70,7?

Turn lady back to mannequin , and give her science books, turn back to lady then click man to try math problem. Keep trying with different number of science books until she gets it right.

@ rimic...find sneaky basket in tailors room bottom left under table
then go to big tree (up arrow on pathe whre shop and library are) and then collect only leaves,
otherwise you have to start over
when 10...quickly leave the tree by down arrow

For the left Door.....
find the 4 identical shapes (same color sequence). then look at the color of the hourglass shape in the center (vertical X)and use the corresponding number...

I think I understand;
There are only 4 shapes that have the same colour order "in the outer part" as "in the inner part" (doesn,t mean they have to be perfect identical; for example one of them can have RBGY and the other BGYR, as long as the order is the same).
And to see what number you have to use for what colour you have to look at what colour is on top on the inner part.
how to solve the map

Put your compass on the map and then follow the directions at the bottom. And at the end only put an X on the last box you end on.

After you put the X on the right box on the map, there will be a hotspot in the most right scene with the mountains. Dig there with your pick-axe. Put the mouse in that hole you made (not zoomed in) and then go in the hole and use the arrow keys on your keyboard to do the maze to get to the treassure chest. Take the treassure chest and open it with the key from the library.

Make sure you do the path correct on the map. Maybe do an X on every step. And in the end delete all the X's except the last one. On that spot on the map should be a hotspot on the mountains as well.
Or maybe empty the map after that, close and open it and then put the X (without the previous steps tried first) in the correct box.

You have to make the bread corn.
Use the note with the sequence (it's on the blackboard) to make the right potion in the cauldron (I posted the method somewhere above). After that drag the cauldron on the bread in your inventory.

I am having trouble making bread into corn/wheat

I got it POP again. If anyone is having trouble turning the bread into wheat you look at what number the blank space is in, not what the number sequence is. for example -
my sequence is:1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 2, _, 4, 2, _, 2, 3_
so my blank spaces are the number 7,10 and 13 positions.

7 = VII = 3 leaves
10 = X = 1 pinecone/acorn,
13= XIII = 4 Flowers

I have put the clothes on the manequin, but still need the heart. So, I did the math on the paper did it over and over and always got the same numbers. then I put the proper amount of ingredients into the cauldron, and NOTHING! HELP PLEASE

After putting correct amount of ingredients in cauldron, drag it on mannequin with cloth, twig & necklage. You'll find a library card in the pocket of the girl, give card to elk to be able to take the scientific books.

You start at the top left on the map and your compass should be on the top right.
So the first step you do (depending on what the code is on the bottom of your map) is going from the top left square; down, or down/right diagonally or right.

Hmm... I started from every spot and tried each end point. The spot directly South East (diagonal) from top left is the one that worked when I got to the end. So tired of this one but feel like I committed so much time I don't want to quit.
Now stuck on Cauldron. If I'm not mistaken, from reading earlier clues, there are 2 steps to figuring out the amounts.
First figure out the puzzle in owl scene, the 1,2,3,etc..
Then when you get those numbers you convert to roman numerals, and use number of characters instead of actual numbers.
I've done this and still can't get it to work.
My sequence numbers are 1,2,3,2,1,_,3,_,2,1,2,_,4

You first have to make wheat.
The numbers you need are 2, 4, 3. Use those amounts in your cauldron (I think it was leafs, pinechorns, flowers) and then use your cauldron on the bread.
To help you with the other sequence I have to know your numbers.

Don't use the cauldron with 2, 4, 3 on the lady but use it on the bread in your inventory to turn the bread into wheat.
Using those numbers I get a C+ grade and girl doesn't look anything like the one on the chalkboard. Is that normal?
And when I click on the man in a suit, he write on chalkboard 2x2x2= and the woman writes a heart, but he looks at her like she is crazy for doing it. Game doesn't end, so I'm assuming I've messed something up.
You need the library pass from her pocket and then get 5 science book in the library.
Changed back to mannequin, got library books, stacked them on her hand, all 5 of them, did 3,7,6,7,1 combo, and she turned into same woman as before, wrote wrong answer to math problem man writes. Game still hasn't ended.
Use only 3 science books left and 1 love book right and then click the thing at the man again.

I tried this game twice and both times I got the compass on the map and double clicked the map to view it, it would get stuck... fills up the screen but no way to close it or back out, so I can no longer navigate. Can just put Xs on the map. Not sure what I'm doing wrong if anything. Since it takes a bit of work to get to that point I don't think I want to play a 3rd time to have it happen again. :/ Also if I close and reload the game, the map is still there. :/ Their games are good and hard but I've encountered bugs like this with them before. Maybe Firefox?

Just viewed the video wt and it is excellent. (imho) Although the translation of the coloured wires is a bit different, it explains the puzzles well. Also the map and how to get the hole in the rock for the mouse and maze.
Laughed at *slowly drag the dandelions to the vase* cause this was shown in high speed.
But again, it could be helpfull if people are stuck.
