got one code to work on drawer after lighting candles, but the other two codes don't seem to work anywhere
- REMOTE from bottom drawer (shelf right of big vase), use code from paper
finally got sd from safe behind pic
- use remote on TV for hint (turn!)
now have yellow, orange and red buttons
- YELLOW button behind screwed panel
put handle on door under TV to get puzzle box
need one more button. Where could it be?

how do you light the candles?
there is a crack in the lower left cubby next to TV, but don't know how to get into it.
you don't have to light the candles == you'll find a black thing that looks like a knife handle. put it in the empty space it's a candle
"candle" behind vodka bottles. Put in empty slot on candle holder and press button on the side. Gives color order. Still looking for green button.

ok, i am working on the code... but dont have it yet
was thinking the candles color was the code working from the color of each book, didnt work. Noticed the red book has a blue number but cant decipher the colors of the other books
got it, order of colored lights is order for book numbers, use for safe
use the pen on the yellow book on the shelf beside the TV.Theres a metal bar among the vodka bottles.Put it in the last space of the box thing on the bottom shelf right of the lamp.Itll give a color code

take the colors as they light up, yellow, red,green, orange and blue. now to figure out the puzzle box the buttons go in

I can't get the pen to write in the book.
HATE the number safes -- the numbers are almost invisible.
Almost had to quit -- couldn't even put book away.
Have to de-select the pen first!
Oh,POP! Went away and came back and suddenly pen worked.
Maybe select pen, then select book, then click page?

Finally made it through thanks to everyone above -- had to re-read the comments above a couple of times.
Not worth writing at WT.
Interface frustrating and the safe numbers almost impossible to even see the buttons, let alone the numbers on the buttons!
The blue button was invisible to me -- I clicked around, almost gave up in frustration, then suddenly saw it sitting in inventory!
that was awful. Now I remember why I don't play cafe cafe games anymore!

This game wasn't all bad.
Nice ideas for puzzles. Attractive room. Relaxing music.
If the developer cares, it should be a very easy fix to make the numbers on the safes show in white, and make the blue disk a lighter shade of blue.
Personally, I prefer games where the mouse changes when hovered over something clickable. (That's not a bug at the end. After inserting the door card, you have to click in the middle of the door to get out. I, too, would have expected to click on the handle.)

i cant find the sd to open up the panel above the shelf
the yellow button is either above the panel where im tring to get into or in the vase on shelf

from the comments it says that there is a sd in the safe behind the painting. Then the compartment above the cb with the screws in it. But I didn't read a clue for the numbers.

I have the five colored pucks, how do I put them in the puzzle box? I imagine the puzzle box needs to go somewhere first, but I can't find the spot to place it...please advise.

for the safe near the couch:
- Use the telescope for the coloured books, (don't forget the colour of book).
- the candle or lighter or whatever it is put with the other lights, turn it on, then you need to memorize the colours. it's: Yellow, red, green, orange, blue
- then go to the safe near the couch: and write the numbers: 5SP3O2IL4E1R
you will get the green button.
btw: i'm not good in english ;)

Stuff was really hard to see at times. I got the Yellow button out of the upper cabinet with out using the screwdriver. Never saw the blue button under the table, the safe behind the couch was near impossible for me to see the numbers. I had to make screen prints and invert the color to tell what i was doing. Nearly said @#$% it a few times.

Ahhh! I now realize my mistake. I knew well I had to put AND press them, but I used the ROGYB sequence for putting and the other for pressing, just the other way 'round. Meh, no wonder it did not work. Thanks!
It is not working... do I place the box anywhere first? If yes, where. If not, how do you get to the colored disks to go into the box...mine keeps choosing one OR the other.
one or the other meaning I can see either the box or if I choose a colored disk, then I see the colored disk, I cannot move a disk to the box. I need those directions... thank you.

no need to place box anywhere. To place the buttons in box, it's the prob with the tedious inventory stuff choices:
- highlight magnifier
- click box for about item
- with magnifier NOT highlighted, choose a button to place in box.
(if I remember well...)
ok FINALLY I placed the discs!!!! Now have card, put the card in the slot and nothing... I'm still locked in the room!
Ok touched the door and I'm OUT... This was NOT fun...sorry.
