Same inventory bug here - you can't examine the items you haven't picked up yet but you can use them which kind of defeats the purpose of searching for them.
2/3/5/6/8 from toilet
Strange - same here. Opened link i a new tab and then Inv is empty.
Found scalpel, cut cushion and found key which opened toilet lock. Hint is for door (look at typewriter) . In new room now.
Lighter in toilet in room 201 and a closed wall panel
Kerosine in 202. Alarmclock in 203 (shows 23:23)
Code for elevator is on the back of lighter. Note the directions of the weapons.
Blood floating out of the elevator. Zoom back and got rose.
Coffin in 302. Put rose on coffin and got circular saw w/o blade.
303 is dark. Poured Kerosine in lamp (forgot, where I found it)
I'm stuck with a knife and an axe.....

Went back a few times and come to a window. There´s a lighter. Light the lighter in About view. Light lamp.

Put lamp in 303. 3 Numbers at right side of door.
Got blade. TXH clsanders
Opened wall panel in 202 with saw. Found a spirit board. Nedd pointer.

In 203 there is a loose floor tile. Opened it with axe to get book. Ooops - a key in this book!. Key goes in 102.
TV in 102. Cut it with knife (???) to get the pointer.
Code from spirit board (2936) open fire-hose box. Need to open window.

Lotjemar - look at typewriter. Use the first letters from words 2,3,5,6,8 (like hint in toilet)

in room 102, there's a crowbar in bed to use on window left of hose.
Was a bit skeptical at first.
I liked this game. Something new.
Oh, there are 2 lighters. As usual the pixel hunts tripped me up. There is a loose floor tile in one room and a panel above the bed in another.
I had trouble getting the rose - finally got it by clicking in blood on floor in unzoomed view
