Got a key to upstairs room (behind heart, 1 right of opening) and a bucket full of candy (desk, 1 left of opening).
ok, if you open the window to the left of the bed, DON'T click on the left option! Starting over...

odd navigation. clicking around the bed on the lower left gives a new view- open bed curtains and get a picture hint.
I was kind of hoping for a better game than this, but... Oh, Well!
following picture clue, get ladder on right side of library scene and use it on the left to get a book with something in it. Use the sd on the back of the "something"
i wish this had a SAVE feature. I'm afraid to try to use the "something" on the window now... maybe the stars seen from above the living room looking down?

ok im in and you can get to the piano and sparkly bits from the bed scene if you click down(no arrow there) and did you look in the back of the book? looks like the batteries are in the light fixture upstairs

you can take the ladder back, but i haven't been able to place it anywhere else. what do you make of the symbol you get when you click on the stars by piano?

Well, all I can report is that, once you've looked at the symbol by the piano, the stars are no longer visible from the balcony. But I'm kind of tired of this... leaving soon
my brain is fried from the Gate Escape 5 game, but i am trying!!
@larue, you could probably come up with some numbers from the symbol, but where would they go? I may try the window again, but I hate starting over!

ok, we still have sd, ladder, remote with no batteries... maybe make the ladder into a battering ram to knock down the doors, or maybe just jump out the window?

Use screwdriver behind mirror where you found key, gives telescope :-D
Then zoom on panel on floor and get battery for bat remote, lol
Now stuck, can't find where to use telescope or bat remote :-( And whatever you do, don't use telescope on window, you'll still fall out, lol
after you use screwdriver behind mirror look at back of metal plate for battery to use on remote control from book
the batter for the remote is behind the panel which fell when you got the telescope. Stuck too.
use telescope in library to see number
Aha! When upstairs, click remote, then about item, press button and glass wall opens :-D

there is something in the chandelier in the library, according to the book..but..dont understand how to get it?

ive tried pulling the top of the key off (hoped it might turn into a bat to get the something...didnt work). Ladder doesnt work. I cant think of anywhere else to use telescope...and not game to jump out the window again.
When you 'about item' the key, it has writing followed by a musical note...not that that helps me.
well I went to the window and flew away. That is a good enough ending for me

Well according to the text above the game there are 3 endings, so I guess 1 is fly out the window, 2 is blow up out the door and 3 obviously has something to do with the chandelier, very very frustrating!!
I gave up and decided to go out 'with a bang' as it were. Good luck bellee.
End 3, take a bat in head inventory girl LOL...
3rd and good end, click the bat on the hair of the girl in the dialog bar. It will get the ID from the chandelier.
Then use key on door.
