I have a reindeer, two ribbons, a teddy bear and an "undefined" and stuck!
there is a key near the sock (left room upstairs)

everyone given up?? have 6 red ribbons and book things that open in another window but won't combine - getting a tad frustrated here!

ribbons: on santa, on tree, on chair (bell) (bottom right), behind socks (left room), in cupboard (left room) and on puppet in middle room

How do you pack gifts? I have them, and boxes, knife, books, bows -- how do you combine them?
click box,then click item like snowman then click coloured paer then ribbon.it might be any box,paper gift ribbon u have to keep trying,,did u find the ball if so where was it
u need to click on reach book too use knife and click book again to get page that be the wrapping paper
I started over to see if I could wrap the gifts after reloading. Now I don't have the ball and can't "re-find" it. :/
can some one actually help me i have 5 presents wrapped up but im missing a gift some one mentionted above about a ball,cause ive wrapped up a crown,snowman,reindeer,truck,and a teddy bear
ball upstairs - suddenly I could take it. Still can't box anything. I can click and drag items, but clicking one thing then another doesn't combine them. Firefox issue? Windows 8 issue?
got it,it is the one in top middle room u need to click toy on sofa there u get close up of ball click ball
wrapping presents was a pain u cant just click one then place gift it seems each box is allocated a certain gift same with the paper and bows
got 6 boxes, bows, books, and gifts, a knife and a bag, but can't pack the gifts. :/
once u do wrap them there seems to be certain order wat goes in sack ist then just click each one till all go in the sack
ok drag a book to middle of screen then use knife on it the click book to take the piece of paper do that to all 6 books
I tried dragging every box over every gift, then every gift over every box - nada. Thanks for your help, though.

and once I had each kind of paper, I could do the same with a box. Couldn't drag a box out until I had all the papers, it seemed. THANK YOU
once u done that then click a box and then click a gift it may take few attempts seems each box has a certain item that has to go in it,then click box to close it then click the papers till it lets u use one then do the ribbon same way.once that all done drag sack to middle of screen then click gifts till they go in seems to be certain order there too then hand sack to santa down stairs,he has key in his hand .hope that helps original shi2r

mougle games never make it easy too much clicking then things have to be done in a certain order for things to work
Santa should have given me something a little better than a key for going though that....
