    click box,then click item like snowman then click coloured paer then ribbon.it might be any box,paper gift ribbon u have to keep trying,,did u find the ball if so where was it

    and once I had each kind of paper, I could do the same with a box. Couldn't drag a box out until I had all the papers, it seemed. THANK YOU

    once u done that then click a box and then click a gift it may take few attempts seems each box has a certain item that has to go in it,then click box to close it then click the papers till it lets u use one then do the ribbon same way.once that all done drag sack to middle of screen then click gifts till they go in seems to be certain order there too then hand sack to santa down stairs,he has key in his hand .hope that helps original shi2r
