Such a fun game until the note. Did anyone do anything with the cup of water or seed?
Stuck where you are Prufrock. Cup of water, seed, and note I can't read. Tried placing the cup and the seed in all the open shelves but no luck.
Me too. I tried putting the seed in the cup too, but no.
On the note, the middle line says white, black, red and I found the symbols for green and blue in the other two lines, so it has to do with color order.
now i got something like grass and cannot eat or place it anywhere...
color translate:

Some rough translations:
On the dolphin and etc. pic: commit this image to memory. (use to pick out differences in the corresponding puzzle, you will game over if you get more than 2 tries wrong)
In the hole where the seed is found: plant that gives strength.
Clue for colour order:
Every colour is pressed once.
Green is either the first or last.
>white>black>red>
Blue is after red, blue is before green.
I'm out after using the grass at the top, but I'm unsure if there is more than one ending(can't find anything else to do though). Once out (using grass) the panda says "I ended up eating a grass other than bamboo..." which seems to hint at an imperfect ending...

How do you get the heart?
Where is the clue for the 3 digit number?
Where does one use the grabber?

At start scene, click on the bottommost part of stairs to find a hidden compartment. pick up the grabber.
Not much to to at first ladder scene, besides memorizing the given picture. Climb up.
You will see a white button here, but it's a trap where upon pressed, the path down to first ladder will be blocked. It can be unblocked though, by searching for another white button which appears randomly in one of the wall openings.
Top right row, middle hole contains a note. It gives you clues on how to solve the puzzle in first ladder scene. Front page shows that each number is different, while back page shows the required sum for each row and column. Refer to MegiPoland's post for solution. Solving the puzzle gives you a cup.
You will also find a picture similar to the one in first ladder, but there are a total of 3 differences so you need to find them out, up to 2 misses only. You will find a herbal seed which will help you escape later, pick it up.
There is also a 3 digit lock here. The clue to the numbers is found in top left, right hole. At first glance it looks like a weird drawing, but if you split it into three parts with two vertical lines, you will see this number (click here for picture). A heart piece is unlocked, but it is to far to be reached by hand. Use the grabber.
With the heart piece, go back down, and place it in the heart-shaped opening, go back one step to find the star piece in the opened hole. Pick it up, then retrieve the heart piece as well.
Go up two maps, where you will see the exit. There's a button here as well, press it. Place the pieces in new opening, then pick up a paper with clue in pressing the color buttons. Refer to U-ta's explanation above for translation. Mouse over here for spoiler.
In the newly opened hole, you will find a spot to plant the seed, but for it to grow you need water. Fetch some using the cup, and water the seed. The seed will sprout, which gives you
energy-providing leaves.
Clcik the exit. A monologue appears, saying that you will be able to escape had to got the power to do so. With grass on hand, click it and you're free to escape.
