Bit of a language barrier here - have got window open by using the coloured L shapes in the right order on the grey picture and finding a key, but now stuck.
Oh and have four little smiley buttons clicked, hiding in assorted corners.

Hm, lights don't want to be lighted. Beams from hearts on clue are pointed NE, SW, SE from big one to small one
Heart clue is a little tricky, middle shape has got lines on left, two others on right. Just enter big and small and keep changing middle one until it works. Stuck now with the choco clue and name tag, any hints ?

Don't understand how to type in alien language? Stuck at come here panel.
evans - look at the choco bar and the nametag. The symbols underneath the words correspond to the letters. c = #, h = $, o = * etc.
okay how do you type in "come here" in alien language? I know where to type it but have now clue what the language is.....is it the symbols on the chocolate and badge?

brin3m, I think you might be looking at the wrong place. You need to look at the box with the red button to turn the lights on. If you click on the right brown portion of the box, it should give you another view.

yellow pepper is used on right side of open window
Hi nokra, the heart clue is inside the wall box with the different colored bars on it. There's a little yellow switch inside the yellow box that goes on the window frame. After you place that switch and flip it, you'll see the hearts clue.
The bear doesn't do anything.
