Use both books with their numbers and chart to figure out text clue to open bottom drawer in wardrobe.
Also stuck on color code. Have water, knife, letters K,S,S, and 29 candies. There is a candy on hilt of knife. Also, more hotspots on both side of bookcase for 2 more candies.

Oh! I finally get the hint about the colors. The "boot" is meant to be Italy, and the flag colors are the answer. Not a very good hint, I think.
And out with 30 candies. I couldn't tell if it was a good, bad, or mediocre end.

Can someone be more clear about how to combine the two books? I can't see how they make a word.

(chart u get by watering paper)
Got the words ILOVE from combining books but its not working.
Still haven't figured out the number thing must be over thinking it.
Example: 1st letter u get by combing 1st Kanji with 1st number (4 and 二). U'll get letter i

For the 3-dig drawer: Look at pic on door scene, there are 3 sets of circles with numbers on them (1 to 6, 1 to 3, 1 to 6)
To solve, follow the numbers on each set and "draw" mentally what u're doing..

Thanks, Nini; that's what I was missing. I thought I had tried combining the water and the paper but apparently I didn't. Still missing 2 candies but I've been at this more than long enough!

The clue for the colors is a pic of the boot of Italy, really??? That was definitely a stretch! :D

Took me minutes to get that right view. That one is really sneaky. (Tried around with and without chair first, oh my...)
Liked this game! Twinkle has improved in difficulty level, that's OK! (I don't want "kids' playing level")
One book had just squares for me, must require some font I don't have. Thanks for the cabinet drawer code SPOIILOVEULER !! Didn't find all candies, but who cares?
