Two games with almost tha same title?

Found paper with clue. Found odd floorboard. Can't do anything else. Major language barrier. :-(

Hm, how to move here? Only found on paper and some hint on picture

It looks like pixel hunt. Check the chair carefully.

On top of the chair is a screwdriver too. Cant do anything with it, cause i cant find which floorboard you mean, franjava.

Urban - there is a screw driver on top of the chair

ooo..found the floorboard...near the stairs. Have key now.

Floorboard is on the right side. I can't figure out the colored dots on the cupboard

There is a crowbar?? under the rocking chair if you keep rocking it.

Swing the chair multiple times

I can't get any of these puzzles!

Ok - got the colored buttons on the wall. Clue is the boy girl picture. Now have a stick?

Stick goes in the balloon picture, I don't know why though

Has anyone solved the cupboard? or the 3 code drawer?

I give up. Good luck all. Someone pls write a walkthrough with full cheating pls. I love playing games that way. I seem to escape quite quickly then. hhahahha. Good luck.

@miles: I think that somehow indicates that the colors go from lower baloon to top, but it doesn't work.

I've tried it every way, small to big, big to small, lower to top, etc. Nothing is working

I tried also order from rainbow, but nada

Me too

Have you used the crowbar?

I'm guessing that we need a ball for the balloon picture (actually a pinball-type game).

Can zoom in on couch for some reason.

How to make sense of the arrows in the cupboard - are they the clue for the 3 digit code?

Also have two pieces of paper, need a third for two button box.

Bruteforced the left/right puzzle (begin like my 2 little pieces of paper) LRRRLLRR then got the pinball

Thank you Keenness!!

opened right left button safe and got a ball

Apparently we need something else before we can use it on the picture

Maybe some elastic band?

Where is second paper? Only found one under the pillow.

@Prufrock - I don't remember, but look at the above comments for the spoiler

Saw the spoiler, I just wanted to find the paper.

ohhh still LIVE ... I love that (instead of just reproducing others' achievements)

Paper is in upper drawer, i caught up now.

I'm trying to make numbers out of the arrows, but my mind is getting scrambled.

@Prufrock, one from pillow and one from top drawer.

Used the stick on bottom right of balloon game(?) but I think we need one more stuff to make it work.

Same here Prufrock!

I hope it doesn't make characters in another language!

You know that the drawer probably on gives last paper for code that was bruteforced...

hey everyone ..

What if its something for the picture? Has anyone tried to brute force it?

Hi raasti!

did anyone use crowbar ?

Why can't I just use the crowbar on the window and jump out?

No @raasti, I doesn't look that there is a pixel for that

Lol, Prufrock - I was wondering the same thing. These arrows make no sense

pushing the coloured dots on the wardrobe produces different colours - not that it helps much! two of themturn white!

I tried a few numbers, but now I'm tired of it. Code does not start with 1.

It doesn't start with a 3 either

Stuck with everyone else - tried to bf drawer (: - didn't work.

Now we just need a few more people trying 2,4,5...

BF on wardrobe;
RGYOP

light blue shirt and green pants!

now we hav to dress up girl ..

Thanks moRyEL!! Of course the last outfit I tried on the girl gave me the key

Thx for the key, i have to leave now :-(
Be back later, gl all...

Is it just me, or can anyone else not open the book?

@miles1: I even tried the crowbar :)

Oh - I took the book downstairs and am out. Never got that drawer open

Me, too Urban! I really wish I had fixed the balloon pic

i opened the box & got some book ..which refuses to open ..

just leave with the book

Don't try to go downstairs with the book! (:

hmmmm - don't like that there was too much bfing going on and you could leave without solving all the puzzles.

I wish the clues had been a little clearer - a low rating from me!

I didn't even bother to finish. It's no fun if you can't find the clues.

Well, I was too slow again and you guys made it on your own. That was to be expected ;) Congrats.

BTW that arrow on the boy/girl pic really pointed at a location that might tell the difference between 'male' and 'female' ;)

(However a Japanese author would never do such thing! ;))

right to left, arbeit, right to left!
Yesh, I had exactly the same thought as you. ;)

@Andrea one more idea could it have been ...

3 letters: WET :)
(remember boys and girls at that age might need to change their pants multiple times a day, even without diapers ;P)

YEAH! GOT THAT LOCKED DRAWER!
(hacking, however quite a tad tougher than usual)

BTW that "crowbar" is (and also looks) like a nail-puller!
Use it at a location you've just "enabled" for your pair of eyes to view...:)

SPRING WIND ESCAPE (by taakodasu)

([apparent] story, telling from pictures in intro)
It seems that you have played with your health a little bit too much the last days. Normally, whenever your body feels it needs a rest, it will make you fall asleep, whether you like that or not. And so it happened: all of a sudden, you did fall into a deep sleep in the middle of daytime on a bench, while carelessly leaving your precious book next to you. As you might have guessed, when you woke up it was taken away by someone who left you an information that you will get back your book once you have succeeded in solving all the riddles in his/her locked house. (???)

You start in said house facing what looks like an entrance door (you can't zoom in there though). There is another passage leading downstairs, which you don't intend to use unless you've managed to find that lost book.
Looking closely under the red-colored seat of the CHAIR on the left shows up a PAPER with an 'X' marked on it. Closer inspection of where you are located reveals that it indicates a LOOSE FLOORBOARD on the very right (facing the entrance door). Zoom again on the CHAIR, and this time on top of it. Pick up the SCREWDRIVER and use it for prying open the loose floorboard you just located in the hall. Take the KEY.
Before unlocking the door, take a mental note of the PICTURE WITH SMALL GIRL & BOY hanging on the wall. In particular, note the ARROW and the strange kind of 'lettering' below. Now unlock the door next to the chair with the KEY you just found.

Go inside, taking a mental note of the THIN BOARD WITH 'BALLOONS SCENE' on the floor. ILet me give away for now that the arrangement of balloons may remind you of some other arrangement you have probably seen in another type of game device. Yes, exactly, a game DEVICE...
Also, pick up DOT PAPER SHRED #1 from under the pillow on the bed. Let the ROCKING CHAIR live up to its name and keep on rockin' it, baby! A large NAIL PULLER falls down on the floor. Pick it up, go right, and check out the PANEL WITH 5 COLORED BUTTONS on the left wall.
(HINT1 : Checking and comparing the colors reveals that these do not entirely match with the balloon colors on the 'scene'. Hence, they might be unrelated.
HINT2 : HALL.)
(Solution below.)
Entering the right combination rewards you with a NARROW PIECE OF WOOD with a hole in it. Besides, it is also worth noticing that you can zoom on the PARLOR GLASS TABLE. This will become quite relevant in a short while.

Now go right.
You can see the door where you came in, an a LARGE ROUND BOX WITH 2 BUTTONS on the floor. Also, you note a WIDE WARDROBE that takes one half of the wall alone (must be a girl's one, you think!) with 5 COLORED BUTTONS.
(HINT: These buttons DO match with the balloons you saw on the thin board with the rainbow on it. However, to find out about their order, some more things must be prepared first.)

Head right to the OFFICE DESK.

You notice that every desk drawer is (b)locked except the upper one. Pick up DOT PAPER SHRED #2 from inside there. Also take a mental note of the PADLOCKED CABINET left of the desk. (A key would come in handy...!)
To cut a long story short, the combination for the locked drawer is concealed in the large FIGURE DISPLAY CASE sporting lots of arrows on the rear wall. Since the author of this walkthrough too had no idea how to legitimately get this number, let me spoil away (as an exception, mind you): SPOIL3ERSPOIL5ERSPOIL1ER.

Open it up. Inside, there is what looks like a bag of SMALL ROUND BOXES plus a BLANK PAPER (?). The bag is kept shut with RUBBER BANDS, note that too!
(Geez. This was NOT meant to be funny. I explicitly said rubber bands, not 'rubbers'. Finished snickering now?! -- Ah, "finerly". (Sheesh..))
Look at the same drawer again. Ah! Empty (as expected) but ... the reason why the middle drawer was "jammed" is a nail hammered in there! WTH! Similarly to cracking a nut with a sledgehammer, pull it out with your heavy-industry-size nail puller. Voila! There is DOT PAPER SHRED #3, which now shows the complete DOT CODE.

But where to use that dot code now? Any ideas? (Solution below.)

The round "thing" in the other part of the room which you just used said code on reveals a SMALL BALL.
(HINT: Remember what I said about the arrangement of the balloons above...!)

Go left to the PARLOR TABLE, and zoom on it. Put the PLASTIC BAG on the table and
you get three items, two of which you can't pick up: RUBBER BANDS (take these!), as well as a blank paper and two boxes with PATTERNS on top of them.
Memorize these patterns!

Now head left, back to the board with 'balloon scene'.
The "game device" I had mentioned far above was, of course, a PINBALL MACHINE, with the setup of balloons resembling bumpers on such machine. Yes, you will now build your own (well, poor man's) pinball game! :)
Insert the SMALL PIECE OF WOOD W/HOLE on the lower right, and fasten it with the RUBBER BANDS that were in that plastic bag. Not too difficult to get the idea now, is it? Inserting the ball will now cause it to propel forward, hitting the balloons like said bumpers in a certain order. Note down this order!
Head back to the ample WARDROBE on the left and use the order on the colored buttons. OPEN SESAME!
And we were right again: this *IS* a girl's wardrobe. (Heheh!) Pick up the FLAT SILVERY KEY. Surely it will open the padlocked cabinet left of the desk! Inside, you can see a PICTURE WITH GIRL IN UNDERWEAR. (Wait .. you thought it would show one without her underwear? May your spoiled soul be frying forever in Jahannam!! >:-|) Seriously though, one of each type of clothes shows a pattern you've seen a short time before.

This comment has been removed by the author.

(Solution below.)

Picking the right combination of clothes for the girl rewards you with a BRASS KEY that will open the BIG RED BOX inside the wardrobe. Inside, you find the BOOK you've been after for so long!

Now head back into the hall, go downstairs and leave this place with your long-lost "treasure"!

-THE END-

--------------------------------------------------
SOLUTIONS (NOTE: see WT text for drawer "solution")
--------------------------------------------------
WARNING: Many spoilers ahead.

(girl-boy picture)
Picture says 'girl boy' with 'i' and 'l' written in a strange color. It means that this is not part of the solution. The arrow "just" indicates right to left way of reading, not what you probably think.:P
g r b o y backwards gives solution for 5-button panel Y O B R G

(wardrobe)
The "pinball" hits the balloons on the mini-game in the following order:
RED - GREEN - YELLOW - ORANGE - PINK

(big round box on floor)
The dots can be read off the (assembled) slip of paper in a left/right way from top to bottom.
Result: L - R - R - R - L - L - R

(girl's clothes)
The clues are the fabric (?) decorations of the lids of those small round boxes (looking as if cheese was in there before :)) found inside the plastic bag.

Thank you for the walkthrough arbeitslooser! It was a nice game, just far too cryptic with some of the hints, especially the drawer number.

Props to everybody who gave hints in the discussion and major props to arbeitslooser who gave the code which allowed me to go back and try and figure out what it was based on.

Whoa arbeitslooser! Didn't see the walkthrough you posted! lol, that'll teach me to refresh the page more often ;)

Well, don't worry about it, 2 WT don't hurt.

Thanks for yours. The "quick-thru folks" will probably prefer your shorthand-style one to my 'ample' prose.

However, if you want to UNDERSTAND what you're doing in this partly confusing game, my information may help you to do so.

@ arbeitslooser and sleepystudent good job. I missed these WT. i always need them Thanks so much, it was well appreciated. thank you
