Got 7 men and a pair of binoculars...
I have 7 men so far.
And 2 of the 4 colors needed
have 9. and strange box
I can't get the one on the windshield, errr!!

nr. 10 and out
I have 9 men and I can turn on the vents but not sure what to do next.
Siren, there's something else you can do with the steering wheel
And got no 10!

The roof opens by clicking op the "open" message on the display of the dashboard.

I play these games om Opera, have notices that you have to disable addblocks otherwise they do not load.
that was ok, but clicking open to "close" to open the roof was kind of stupid.
ive got 9 i cant figure if i even have used binoculars i can still high light them ive clicked open car roof but nothing there
i give up even open and close car roof theres no difference and ive clicked every where still have 9.
tried again i saw where i was going wrong i pressed open then looked up rather than click left and click left dash board and where that blue symbol was thats where car roof opened,to me that was stupid cause if ur sitting in a car the car roof above ya head.so it should have been near that mirror up top

This game won't load for me. The window just stays black with the words "Sponsored Link" and some Japanese text at the top.
I think there was a bug. I played the first time and got a little man by honking horn but never got anything from windshield (I think that was missing one). I couldn't finish so restarted and honked horn last for a BIG man. Definitely not how I got the man from horn the first time.
I have adblock on FF and it wouldn't open. So I opened it in Chrome, which doesn't have adblock. Cute game. Thanks for the hint about tooting the horn more times.
embarrassingly enough it was the one on the other side of the key that I had a problem finding ... derp!
Perhaps the traffic is jammed because everyone is trying to find the escape men in their cars.
