Well, they changed it up a bit...but the lighter is still in box by the door! LOL

then
circle=heel=8 5 5 12

(circle+triangle+square)/25=5031,32
and not a three-digit-number

The A=1, Z=26 is a misdirect..the clue for the equation is on side of the microwave!

soooo, why doesn't 827 code work? what does the lighter do?

lighter burns paper for door code clue(paper clue from back of lid from floor box) you must have lighter turned on first.
Toe is triangle
square is tap
circle is heel

241 password.
square = 827
circle = 4335
delta = 863
According to the paper, the letters you've done the telephone keypad to value ..
