There's a bug. I went through the gold door once, but when I tried to go through it again later, it asked me for the key again...
Oh, I see... it's 'cause you only need to go through that door once anyway.

That's where the SD was. I have two beakers, blue and purple, and now I need the test tube to put at the end of the blue tube...

Oh. Then I need to fill the nitrogen tank somehow. I thought I needed the test tube for that!
Oh the tank was already full. It just gets full when you click on the nitrogen line....duh! I'm out now.

My key disappeared before I got through the doors with the pipe.
I only have one crystal. How did you get the other two? and where?

watched video walkthrough and should have been able to get third crystal with gold key from inside control room but my key disappeared before I could use it. Not fun when games are buggy. Not restarting.

bug was in FF for me but it worked in Chrome

totally stuck from the start have oxygen tank, thats it,dont get the code i assume it from the coloured pipes.i agree with zoe not many hints to help ya
ok get how u get green box open by colours of the pipes
@ shaz just change the color on box acc.to num# on pipe ..after that click red button in center

Yep, I got hit by the bug too. Used the gold key to open the door, when I went back, the door was shut and the gold key gone.

played the game on the hoodamath site and it worked all fine bug-free!
