haven't found anything other then MEI written on a knife, a cord that you can plug something into and Kakizawa written on a coat and a box for an iron
seemed to have lost health a few times
all of a sudden I have the coat (I think) in inventory but lost life and now green box under stereo opened to find a letter, but I lost life again

Maybe u need ur heart to be more broken to climb the stairs

after u "broken hearted" bar is at the middle, go to door and the bell rings

got it raasti you have to go to the door first - after getting coat, envelope, etc. This is very finicky
upstairs, drawers won't open till you find earring
Walkthrough
Click to skip conversation
Click fridge and take sause (1st broken heart)
Go to table and click food (2nd broken heart)
Open box on table, zoom in on knife and click it (3rd broken heart)
Note cord below table (kotatsu futon)
Go to cupboard where stereo is and open the right side of it, click green box and open it to get envelope
Open envelope in "about item" view and click letter (3rd broken heart)
Go to hanger and zoom in on coat (click it to get 4th broken heart)
Open wardrobe and click boxes, get pink paper (5th broken heart)
Click on phone stand (click phone for 6th broken heart)
Click on table next to foot lamp and get clipboard, zoom on it in "about item" view and click it (7th broken heart)
Go to cb where stereo is but this time open its left side, click box to pick it up (8th broken heart)
Go to kitchen and talk to the silhouette (9th broken heart)
Click door, bell rings
Climb stairs to reach bedroom
Click bed and then sheets to find an earring (10th broken heart)
Click window and click camera to pick it up
Go back downstairs and plug camera on cord below table (kotatsu futon)
Click camera and see picture (11th broken heart)
Camera starts burning! Click "yes", click door (12th broken heart)

@Nini Thank you! A most excellent walkthrough (though you have 2 #3s - I guess his heart is broken 13 times, and that's the last straw.)
I don´t know exactly why, but i am not loving this game. Maybe another day.....

It was painful to watch that guy (I think) cry every time I had that broken heart thing happen . Were all the words him bitching about the girl?
You need Ida to translate into english for us, it would make it better to understand , Like the end he has a slap mark on his face but was kissing right before that? What's up with that? lol
