Need help on lvl 3. I can click left and right elevator buttons, but even if all the lights are green I can't enter or use cane. (maybe i'm not smart or fast enough)
Got it....I wasn't fast enough. On lvl 6 now.

don't understand level 15
Lvl 6: don't place bigger balls on small balls. So you have to be a little creative to get the balls (biggest under) to the right stack. Move along a bit.
What's supposed to happen in level 7?
Code in lvl 13 starts with 5
In level 7 I've tried changing all the lines to orange, and then all the lines to green, but I can't make anything else happen.
Clodagh: did you also do the curved lines?
Ah - forgot about the OUTSIDE lines in level 7.

I have tried to load this several different times now. It plays the ad then goes to a blank white screen and no game comes up.

Pomelo please describe the lvls. Is that the one with the statues? The numberes above the statues are reffering to the colors. So 6 was purple (I think). Keep clicking the 6t statue until it's purple.

Bedroom: Pull cord 6 times. Make the black figure. It's not square!

Stuck on 15
In level 13 you have to click on the dots and drag to make lines, like in one of the previous levels, and you have to make the square shape with the missing top left corner.
Level 15 - you need to enter the letter on the phone, but plus or minus as directed, so for instance "c+3" would be "f", and you'd press the corresponding button on the phone.
Lvl 15: R-2=P
I+3=L and so on.
No idea for 25

Got that door finally. But now on words near bookcase. I can make it to 6 but the other circles go above the numbers on chair.

Pfff it was because of my settings. Used CTRL + mousewheel so the screen was out of focus.
stuck again on 22! Door with arrows - you can shift the doors - but in which directions an how often?

Hmmm.. Stuck on level 29. Door with the 3x3 green pad, all the red and green lights with a 3x3 highlighted in middle, the numbers 1-6 around the door, 1234 written on stair. Tried pressing 1,2,3 then 4 and copying the "house" shape in the middle onto the green pad but it isn't working.
Oh wait, there is black on black writing on another stair (arrggh, there goes the 5 star rating). Trying that....
That cane level is the only "timed" level. Out now that I found the black writing on black step on level 29, though the 3x3 pad should've been red since you have to draw the red. So close to the 5 star rating.... Excellent game nonetheless, well worth the price!

I'm stuck on level 8. Have cleared the rocket and am faced with 9 green dots but nothing happens when I click them.
Ah, click and DRAG mouse between dots to make the necessary shapes!
forgot to note which number level I'm on but am stuck with 4 tv screens which flash the numbers 78735 when you click on them. Can't work out the correct order to enter them on key pad. Any hints?
@ smarties look at the order of numbers it starts from 5 ...
on 19 it took me so long to discovered that i had to nplug flashing monitors ..

i got the lvl 21 with my own theory ...
1 is yellow
2 is black
3 SD head is red
Some of these are so easy and some are completely baffling! Stuck on 16 now - with the bathroom taps.

but when i clicked on sofa circle goes on other numbers ie is when i clicked 5 shelf ,,circle go to 1

POP - just cut wires and they've stopped flashing.
just unplug monitors by clicking on wires
so bad there is bug at lvl 24 ....what ever i do i cannot click 7 for word chester ...

raasti - the circles don't line up with the numbers on my screen either. I just clicked what would be the logical shelves and it worked.
So for 1 I clicked first shelf on right hand side, for 3 I clicked second shelf on right etc.
Don't give up raasti - you're doing the right thing, it's the circles that have it wrong!

@holly I don't know you still here or not but for 24 you have to click shelves according to letters in a word & start from COUNT ME ...i.e click 7 shelf & then so on ...
@raasti, I'm confused with the shelves because when I want 3, I hit shelf 3 on the left and I get a 1, and I have no idea what shelf to hit for 7. Can you explain?

When I hit the 3rd shelf down, which I guess should be 5, I get 1, and no matter what shelf I click on, the number 7 is never circled.
lol forget about what u get on the couch .. the shelves are numbered as i explained before from 1 to 10 starting from the top left one .. just click according to the shelf position then !!

Stuck on level 14 (colored rockets) Made left ones yellow and right ones blue in the order of the numbers but that's not right ...
lvl 25 spell fire on phone
POP -- number of clicks on each rocket (I did them in order, but that may not be necessary) So, rocket 1 is 1 click = red.
Now on level 17 (GRANDMA smudge = WIN)
(letters under smudge looks like "nosey" LOL)
Can't find anything to clear the smudge, numbers won't divide cleanly ...

Open elevator doors by clicking left button several times then right, then use cane to keep it open

@Sara Gray -- I finally hit the "HELP" button which is a video WT for 20, but it still took awhile.
The 3 clues are for the 3 wires to connect (any order)
* HOT HINT * for LEVEL 10
You should be aware that you can manually MOVE the pointer arrow on the right side of the doorway. It's not 'just' indicating where you are. :)
LEVEL 11 - all buttons work like inverters in an electronic circuit. That is, within the range they cover, all colors will be inverted into their counterpart.
18 puzzeled me for a while. Small clockhand goes on 25.
Wrong, the long one ( minutes ) goes to 25.
(short one = hours)
(TRAP ALERT: this is NOT a division. So do not do the same stupid thing as I did and dividing 270° by 150° which gives 1.8 and in 360° system would have been 01hrs48mins.)
Level 24 was a bit buggy.
Although the shelf-sections actually DID refer to the numbers as indicated on the armchair, the circles indicating the numbers were SHIFTED! So while the '1' was correctly assigned to the uppermost left in the shelf, the circle was too high up!
That means, do not let yourself confuse by the numbers on the armchair. When it indicates a '5' it might be a '1'.
I'm so stuck on level 9...
for lvl 9 you just have to press ESCAPE on keypad ...
