Got the S/D and used it on the lamp. Now I can't do anything.

Yes, the game is a bit buggy, but nothing major. You still can escape anyway.
I got 3 pieces of paper, 3 pins, used knife, a second book with incredibly small print in it and stuck
@raasti, do you have the 2-digit cabinet opened? Use the item from there to get exactly what you need. Let me know if you can't find the spot.

i got key from there @ EDGAR ..use it on glass cabinet to get red book ..
used knife on drawers under fish got key for book cupboard

Anyway, the pin on the sofa refuses to budge, which probably means I can't go on...
However, I'm an optimist so I'll try again. (Playing on Chrome).
Right. I didn't remember it is used twice. Rip the lower part of the sofa with it for the magnifier. (Sorry!)
@Rambler. It is only 3 pins what you need. Ignore that other one.
Oh, and when I said rip the sofa, I meant the one in the main scene (with the fishbowl)

@Rambler, you're missing the paper from the right lamp I think. Use the SD again there... that is if you want to keep trying, but you won't miss much if you don't LOL.

OK so 3 papers and 3 pins? Place it all on the board (2nd view), do the math and open the 2-digit code. That should be your next step.

Too buggy to play! POO and I was looking forward to a new game
Gahhh...it figures. I get a day off and every game that gets posted is utter crap.
Think I'm done with these guys. Get the ad,OK fine. Then a new window ad to close, then another over the load screen that needs skipped. Now adding links in the game to. Getting worse and worse. Today got a update your Java warning, (did it yesterday) closed the whole thing and started over just to have my AVG tell me it just caught and cleaned a virus from it.
I have three pins and a screwdriver,no hotspot on lights and can't pick up anything else
There aren't always hotspots. Use the screwdriver on the lights anyway. (Same goes for knife later in game)
