So far no language issues... Found an ID card (desk), paper (under 2 bottle cabinet), stick (behind statue), nail filer (under carpet corner), a safe clue (polish statues nails), a knife (safe) and a key (wineglass in cupboard - use knife).

btw, at the back of the visitors badge is a code, looks like morse code

Safe is just to the right of the big cupboard
Pretty much stuck.
Have a stick with a hook, don't know where to use.
Blanc piece of paper, don't know where to use.
Knife, used on cabinet but still there.

And a screen with snowflakes for which I have no clue.
Stick with a hook used between barrels in second room.
Blank piece of paper removes wine bottle label (after opening wine cabinet with red/blue tool).
Knife is used a second time on right side of machine under windows.
And snowflake screen clue is on the wine label.
I used stick with hook already. Also used the knife twice.
Do not have a red/blue tool and do not understand the hint in the window.

Out, no language barrier...
Red blue tool was in a box to right of the door in the second room. The hint in the window is a Morse code clue that you can decipher with the back of the ID card. The left window gives a code for the big box under the windows, the code in the right i for the final exit door.
And I refuse to call you stupid, Cool. You're much too cool for stupid :)
Feeling like a numptie - can't do the morse code thing and both windows have the same view!

what wine cabinet do I open with red blue tool? does not seem to work anywhere?
open wine cabinet lower left side, binoculars are hanging up high left side of left most window.
Those 2 things were stopping me from completing this game.
What is the email and password?

Now that the well known account does not seem to work any more, I will stop playing Gotmail games. I am not in the mood to register.
The long hook doesn't let me grab the binoculars nor lift the orange curtain. The hint on the statue nails doesn't work on the safe (I tried every combination, from top to bottom, from bottom to top, considering the light or the dark triangle). I have also a visitor badge, a blank paper and lens for the binoculars.

When you've attached the hook to the stick, you'd want to use it to get those binoculars down hanging too high up for you to reach.

Worked for me by tilting my head to the LEFT and going from pinky finger to thumb. Hope this helps.

Can't play a lot of the Gotmail games because any time you click anywhere near the bottom of the screen, it opens a new tab with an "internal error". Bummer. I love their games.
