How is the hint behind blinds working ? there are only 2 yellow and 2 orange tiles.

Place the letters in order that they (don't) appear - colour difference is a red herring.

alphabet puzzle wouldn't work for me until I touched the letters on the window....then pop!

where is hint for #'s to open desk drawer in first scene?

None of the above clues made any sense to me until I realised that I was missing the letter puzzle along the baseboard of the bed in the second room. THEN I knew where to input the letters that were missing from the grid behind the window blind in the same room. That gave me the pink ball, and when all the balls were in place in the second room, then I had the 4 digit number for the drawer in the first room.

Hope someone can help me...I recognize the letters that are missing, but where do I put them to get the first ball? Does anyone realize there is no L, but a second J instead? Is this important?
