Use the magnifying glass on the soaked rope, it'll fire up, than call the deserted kid woman
in order to unglue your ass from the chair you must click on the air conditioner/heater above you on the left and max it to hot, and get "the bucket" from the souvenir shop, the other items are useless

click the thermostat above the fountain drink to on and slide the temp to hot, the glue melts and you are free from the seat
take hot dog,
use phone to call donna and she comes over to run your stand and leave and click the map to go to souvernir store
SOuVENIR STIORE
look in the left barrel near you, get a maginfying glass, and click the dude and give him a hot dog, and click the bucket
click the flyer on the right side of the dude on the pole to pick up the number for later use
click the map and go to gas station
GAS STATION
use the bucket to fill it with gas and go inside and click the pocket knife display to pick up a knife
go to the bathroom and use the knife on the rope and get the rope and click the map and go back to the hot dog stand
HOT DOG STAND
donna leaves the stand, and go inside your stand and use your phone to call mark, and he shows up wearing the monkey mask and dances by illegal stand,
