Love the scanner tool! Thank you Ainars for providing a break from all the crap games that have been coming out lately.
You need to collect 19 hidden jewels and a key to get out. Great game and a bit longer than usual.

Find blue discs (for some you need hammer) to get first code which then gets you 2nd code.
I've got a 7 number code and I can't remember where the place is to put it- and I know I've seen it somewhere!

There are some gems hidden in very dark patches.
chrissi - 8 symbols code? At the bottom of the screen somewhere along the right hand route.
Woo hoo! Found the spanner at last - down the middle route which opens once you enter the 7 digit code.
For the 6 symbols code - enter them according to numbers above them, not the order they appear.
Great scanner - will find you all those gems in dark places.
Great game. Struggled to find last piece of gold but then realised I still had hammer.
You need *** 19 *** things before you can open door - key, gold and gems.

Anyone here? I did put 6 symbols in according to the #'s above, but nothing happened - is there a way to reset?
How can i obtain the scanner?
scanner is outside - you have to get through the middle door first
OK - I restarted - and had the same problem with the 6 symbols - put the one with the #1 above it first - right? What am I doing wrong, please?

Oh I'm so disappointed - the 6 symbols just will not give - I will come back in a few hours - to see is someone can enlighten me. Order is not working.
marilyn - I had maybe the same problem with the 6 symbols until I realized there were two symbols that were very similar and I was using the wrong one because I didn't click through all the choices to find the one I needed. Maybe that's your problem also?

Where is the key? I scanned every room twice and still can't find it.
I cannot find the last coin, and I still have the hammer in inventory.

If I remember correctly, left doorway, 1st room, on the vent hood (use scanner).

Last coin in hammer spot between two of the three doors you can go down.
Well, if any game needed a dark/light switch...this one does! I can't find anything!Only found 4 of the 6 discs for first screen left of door and 4 of 7 for the safe right of door! Very disappointing!

6 symbols do not work for me either. Does not matter how I put them in.

yep one looks like it has 3 dots and the other not lol never had such a hard time with a ainars game

I am happy that everyone can find all the items easily and that you all LOVE these games but try to remember that there are many other people out here who look to your comments as an aid to get through the game. Please try to limit your POP's, praises, and bragging...and actually state where things are located or how to get to them. We want to know the enjoyment too.

The scanner comes from the box after placing the five tear-drop type baubles.
peggy once again to the rescue - where is the last bauble in that case? Have clicked everywhere (well obviously not otherwise I would have found it ;-)))
The last bauble comes from the star button box in the first scene.

Put amulets into safe in opening scene. Gives 8 shape clue. 8 shape safe Right1 (bottom right)gives 8# clue. 8# safe Right4 (where the right series branches again) gives 5# clue. 5# safe in left3 (the end of the left series rooms) click OK, gives 7 number clue. 7# safe in 2nd scene where passageway splits, on the right side of the right door. This opens the 3rd series of rooms, the green series.

Don't know what's up. Stuck on shapes puzzle, where order is above shapes. Tried the # of times that @Soozn provided (thank-you), but still didn't open. Tried in Firefox and then started again in Internet Explorer, but no dice! Anyone have any ideas? I notice others had trouble, too.
Holly, when I re did the game to do the walk through I had trouble with it. What I did was get all the shapes correct, then went through each one and ran it through the whole range of shapes...when I got to the 3rd shape one of the shapes must've been correct and it opened.
So just try going through each one.
