Look at labels on gas cylinders and barrels for hint on color sequence. Good game.
Shorter than most, but just as fun.

Oh I feel silly now...forgot there was a ladder right there...
It would really help if when people ask how to do something they would say how they figured it out instead of saying nevermind I found it. Can't find a crowbar or how to move van. Only see 4 color clues but need 5 and have searched every inch of every room. Hopefully I'll get a POP after posting.
Found 5th color on oil barrel in room to right. I had thought it might be behind the van. Also found crowbar close to where colors are put in box. Now still missing one nut and can't find out where to use wrench. Hoping for another POP.

lilrascal, there is a nut behind the foklift. The battery is in the locker with the NWSE dials.
Forgot about box in locker, clue nearby. Finally out!

Walkthrough
Click on the lady. She lost her ring.
Employees only door requires a Black Key
Click Right
Click on picture. Truck is 56 yrs old and this is 2013.
Click on top drawer of cabinets on the RIGHT HAND SIDE. 4 Digit code is from picture clue.
(Hint: 2013 – 56 = ????)
Open drawer, click on files and get screwdriver
Click Left
Click Left again
Open dispenser with SD for Black Key
Click Right, open Employees Only door
Note that “Hinges” are rusty on trapdoor
Thing on desk “needs something”
Sign says TROOM
Click Right
Click on box on table and solve anagram from clue TROOM (SPmOIotLEorR)
Get fan
Click Right
Open the last cubicle and see graffiti clue on wall
Click on locker (2nd from right hand side) for puzzle. Open with clue from graffiti.
Get battery, Click left x 3
Place Battery on forklift
Get nut
Click left
Note wrench under tire
Click Left
Click on Numbered boxes, solve equations for 4 digit code. Use code (SP7OI49LE6R) to open red box for grease gun
Click Right
Note colours on gas bottles (R, G)
Click right
Note colours on gas bottle (O, B)
Click Right
Note colour on gas bottle (Y)
Use grease gun on trapdoor
Go down
Click on oil filled pan and get ring
Click right
Get crowbar behind red can
Use colour code for the box on the workbench
get another nut
Click left
click up
Click the down arrow (middle of screen) to go back to reception
Give receptionist her ring. She gives you another nut.
Click on Employees Only door again
Place fan and all three nuts on the thing on the desk. Still need tightening.
Click left
Click on Exit door
Click on Shed door
Use crowbar
Get jack
Go back inside, click left
Use jack on truck, get wrench, click right x 2
Use wrench on fan and gold key falls down
Click down the trapdoor to go down (not the arrow to the reception!)
Get gold key
Click back up the ladder
Click back to reception
Click the down arrow
Use gold key and ESCAPE!

Help... can't find last nut.... got one from lady and one from box with color clue....
This is what I can't find in WT....: -*Open the last cubicle and see graffiti clue on wall

@elina-no each of the five letters in the graffiti is the beginning letter of a direction (such as north, east, etc.) to be used on that box

lilrascal seems to be our hero - needed the crowbar hint too. rest of the game was easy enough for me to solve it w/o further help.
