hold on! just found a hot spot on the locked cabinet below the window and wiped the dirt away with the cloth for a clue.

Got oil, and out through the window lol!
finding the elusive hot spot made all the difference. If anyone can't find it: try slightly to the left of the grey cabinet above the locked cabinet.
