    ReplyDelete
  41. Don't know where to get water to put in containers at the house.

    ReplyDelete
  45. DPotts, just did that and went through the door. :-) Now I seem to be in scene 9. (It would be really helpful if you all mention the scene number you're in when you give clues!)

    ReplyDelete
  62. i'm missing 1 leaf but got the one in next screen.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  66. found my missing leaves in scenes 10 and 16 (in 16 very hard to find, middle of screen, tiny)

    ReplyDelete
  67. I really enjoyed that - except for two things: having to "brand" every single one of the stones and having to manually place every one of those 24 leaves - that was a waste of time, IMHO. But apart from that, good game, thanks

    ReplyDelete
  68. got it. It was in scene 10. thanks Kate

    ReplyDelete
  69. Thanks, Kate. It was in 16 and was tiny.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I'm in scene 15 now, with a big boulder. Loved the flower-balloon for the turkey! :-D

    ReplyDelete
  71. I'm also on the lookout for leaves in every new scene, now that I know we will need so many.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Stuck again.... how do I get past the boulder in scene 15? (This is where the turkey has arrived in the purple flower balloon.)

    ReplyDelete
  73. How do you brand the stones?

    ReplyDelete
  74. THIS GAME WAS AMAZING!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  75. ahaaaaa saw the comment about putting the last little stone to the left of the boulder, and now it has rolled away. I also dug a hole to the right of the boulder, but I don't know what goes in it.

    ReplyDelete
  76. To new players, save yourselves time by writing down all the symbols and the matching arrow directions.

    ReplyDelete
  77. Still cannot find key in flower scene. Where is it please?

    ReplyDelete
  78. Also am unable to revisit some of the other scenes. Do I need to restart game?

  81. Haha LNS, thanks, re nothing in that hole! I've charged ahead (loved the Easter Island statue - I'd been wondering what those pieces were) and am now at the leaf puzzle and of course, am missing ONE leaf! I was so careful too! So off I go to look for the missing leaf.

You know what would help a LOT in this game: to be able to use the map to "beam" back directly to scenes you've already visited - sort of like the map crystal in Self-Defiant games. It would make leaf- and symbol- searching much less tedious.

    ReplyDelete
  82. OMG Roberto - THANK YOU for the leaf list!!!

    ReplyDelete
  83. Found my missing leaf! Scene 5, left side of turkey. :-D

Aaaaand, I'm out! Wow that was a surprisingly terrific game! *applause*

    ReplyDelete
  84. Thanks a lot Roberto and alls

    ReplyDelete
  85. And out! Had no trouble with executing the puzzles, just needed some help with finding some things. Thanks for the help guys, and remember, write everything down. If its out of place, its important. I would give this one top rating no matter how high that is. I had a blast.

    The arrow/symbol directions

    ReplyDelete
  87. I only found rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 9 and 10 so far.
    Where are the 18 others?
And how to make a stepping stone path for the Turkey?
    My stones refuse to cooperate.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Jef if you have no found...
in book there is a symbol 8 (2nd page) put it on each stone
and put 10 stones with this 8 "stamped" in river in room 9

    ReplyDelete
  89. I've read every single comment above, and unless I missed it, I can't find out where to get the water for scene 16 to put into the beakers. I have an empty bowl, but can't fill it anywhere.

    ReplyDelete
  90. I need to know where the blue bucket is...

    ReplyDelete
  91. found the blue bucket - it is in the scene where you pour water over a little green tree towards the left/middle

    ReplyDelete
  92. 14 rooms now. I have a shovel, but where do I dig?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Now - how do I use the exit key? I go to room 20 and there's a large hole, but nothing happens. HELP, I can't get out! lol)

    ReplyDelete
  94. Jef - did you build a "hot air balloon" for the turkey to float over the water in scene 14? IF so, dig to the lower right of the big boulder in the next scene, and put the single grey rock to the right of the boulder.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Zoe you got exit key after placing 24 leaves in room 24 and exit door is in room 25

    ReplyDelete
  96. seb - I am in room 25 - where is the door?

    ReplyDelete
  97. In the black hole on the right

    ReplyDelete
  98. Oh, I see - I had to move my monitor because it was too dark - thanks seb!

What a great game! Some of the things were a little tedious, but for the most part, very enjoyable - and long!!! Love games that take a while!

    ReplyDelete
  99. Ragbert 11/23/13, 8:31 AM
POP! Just found the bowl, in scene 2! It's on the far bank of the river, right in the middle of the scene.

    ReplyDelete
  100. If you start the game the 1st bowl is in second view in middle of the screen (grey)

    ReplyDelete
  101. Lol Zoe :)
I remember that because hard for me to find it when I played

    ReplyDelete
  102. Unbelievable. Made it to 12 rooms and the game froze after cutting the bush with the axe. Will only try it again if someone does a WT or at least an idea of where to find things. Not having hot spots meant just clicking everywhere and trying items like the shovel and rocks on every pixel trying to figure out where to use them. Looks like it was a great game, sad I couldn't finish it.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Restarted and have gotten to 20 and my blue bucket is sitting by the fire. Don't see any clues what to do with it. Zoe asked how to get water into the 3 beakers but noone answered her and her next comment was about how to use the exit key. If anyone is around will you please share how to get water to the beakers?

    ReplyDelete
  104. In 12 chop the plant at the lower left. Be sure to get all four sticks, they are almost invisible and very pixely.

    ReplyDelete
  105. A bit tedious, but enjoyable. I laughed on the parts where the turkey crossed streams.

    ReplyDelete
  106. still no one says how to get the water? My bowl is stuck next to the fire.

    ReplyDelete
  107. okay--you use the spear to scoop from the fire

    ReplyDelete
  108. In 15 a gold apple
in 17 put apple and note red arrows order on the left ==> code to click arrows on the right
    take a little arrow
in 20 use little arrow on fire to fill the bucket

    ReplyDelete
  109. Can collect a bunch of items, with no rhyme or reason as to what to do with them.

    1 star.

    ReplyDelete
  110. yay finally out. looked everywhere for last leaf, was in scene with the hut with stone head, on ground .
excellent puzzles, but some a bit repetative

    ReplyDelete
  111. I have wood and nails and put together, someone mentioned that it's supposed to make a balloon for turkey to float across the water, but I haven't found the balloon part. Any help?

    ReplyDelete
  112. To get the "balloon" pour water on the little tree that is burning in the scene left of the river (use bowl in river to get water).
p.s. I found the video walkthrough better than the game, not a hidden object player.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Thank you seb for checking back and sharing the beaker hint. I don't see how anyone could have figured this out without a WT or watching the video because there was no logic in finding or accomplishing tasks ie how on earth would you know to take the arrow (which some were calling a spear) back to the fire to fill the bucket with hot coals instead of water for the beakers? An arrow in the fire and coals in the beakers? Parts of this game were fun and the graphics were wonderful, but it was too tedious and frustratingly illogical. Hot spots and more clues in the book (again, arrow -> fire) would have made it fun.

    ReplyDelete
  114. One of the best recent games. Deserves a higher average rating!

Yes, there were a couple of difficult and convoluted steps (bowl AND flaming torch in scene 5, bucket filled using arrow in the fire, marking the stepping stones with infinity symbol first, two steps required to move the rolling rock entrance), but I enjoy a challenge.

When I saw the symbols round the well, I thought 'clock' and spent ages looking for a twelfth piece of fruit / veg in scenes 1 to 5. There are only eleven!

There is one leaf in each scene apart from scene 24, where the leaves are placed. Only one was difficult to find.

The giant purple flower was very clever.

    ReplyDelete
  115. Really weird game and doing bad things to bugs :(
