hmmmm, not having much luck with bedside cabinet puzzles
Put the battery in the little snowman, that will be your light. Got a numbercode from outside (upstairs), no clue where to use it and need the bell code for the CB upstairs.
Look down when you are upstairs.
Once you close window upstairs you cannot open it again. Wanted to check if I missed a clue outside. Stuck with bell and grid puzzle.
Guess I'm missing a candybar.

Check shelf with bears downstairs for color code.
Don't understand the clue from 4 bells cb.
Put all items on tree and get code for bells from window, tried once but wrong?

How to open window upstairs?
Only have Xmas tree 'key' in inventory
Clue for bells is the bells on top of cb downstairs.
Candy cane fron Tree box. Hang everything on tree and push button.

open sack and put red sock on tree to have code in another room
I have clicked the sides of the window, it moves, but nothing happens...
The bell code tried twice now from window numbers?

Put little house on tree and numbers appear on window. They are the clue to open the window upstairs.
If you put things in the tree, you will get clues and will be able to do things. So put the house in the tree and you will get a window code for what appears to be a window upstairs.
Don't know what the snowflake did, also, where to input # code from outside ?

When facing cb upstairs, click handrail to look down and see the bells clue.
I have the code (4,5 etc) but not sure how to work that into the window upstairs. Been clicking the corners for hours!

Only thing that stumped me, was the window. I clicked the window panes and not the corners. Thanks for that.

Thanks for telling me where to put in that "tree key"...would have been lost without that hint...(since I thought once I can see the 4 trees the window must be open...but no...)

This is why you haven't yet looked down the railing from upstairs to know how many times to ring the bells...

I can look down railing but it wont let me do anything nor can I open bell door.
I have been trying to ring bells so OBVIOUSLY I am not missing it, have tried a 100 times to ring up stairs cabinet and downstairs bells in various combinations and nothing happens.

your hints are still way after where I'm at and stuck with a star box? Haven't found a hammer. I'm starting to get annoyed at having to figure out have the stuff on my own.
Finally found a spot on the cupboard I can open and caught up to where you all started leaving hints *facepalms*
arbeit, please don't make people look stupid. Just because your hints aren't helping doesn't mean anyone is stupid. Wish someone would have explained the bells since I saw them and the code isn't working.
Not sure how to tun any "sound" on since I don't speak Japanese.
Tried to take a guess and just left the game. I give up. That was frustrating and you all need to actually work on helping others better.

Yes that's a kind of 'codex' MOST people (me in 100% of cases at such early stage) would obey to, and that's very good. However sometimes you try to make people think, and simultaneously to that, someone has posted the 'naked' code number as 4th or 5th post. That's veeeeery funny, yeah really.
Escape from Santa’s room- Walkthrough
Move present beside fireplace and get a star, it goes on Chr Tree, look at the 6 red socks hanging right of door: they will change position later. Move chair and look at colour of bell on table cloth.
Click left on carpet under Chr Tree and take note of colour of leaf underneath. Look at cupboard close to Chr Tree, I opened door with symbols just by trying – never see a clue for that- you’ll get a red sock to put on Chr Tree. Put star on Chr Tree and see the three numbers for the other cupboard door. Take present box, watch it and take note of symbol, also note colour of bow inside cupboard. Go back left and note position of red hanging socks.
Go upstairs and put the four colour symbols, you can enter bedroom. On cupboard take small house (for Chr Tree) look at date on photo. Notice the 4 bells hint. Click on the left of handrail, here’s the clue for bells: click each bell the number of times indicated in the clue. Take a brown box, need 4 numbers to open. See how many things are needed for Chr Tree, and note the Bear puzzle. Go right and open wardrobe with date on photo, get snowman, it needs batteries. Watch small house and get the key to open wardrobe drawer, get batteries. Put batteries in snowman, now it is a torch. Before going downstairs look at window above bed, you’ll go back to it later.
Downstairs go to door left of stairs open it with clue from hanging socks. Use snowman and note colours of bears on shelf. Take hammer, then go upstairs and open Bear puzzle in cupboard. You get a snowflake for Chr Tree. (Still need the candy).
Go down, put present on Chr Tree, a red/green box appears, use hammer with it, it opens and gives a tree-key. Put small house on Chr Tree, numbers appear on window.
Use them to open window in bedroom, by clicking corners in sequence (1= bottom right, etc). Use tree-key and watch trees outside, they give the four numbers for the small brown box. Take the candy.
Put candy on Chr Tree – you’ll hear a click, there’s a red clicking bottom under Chr Tree BUT my door DOES NOT open!!! I’m still trapped inside the house!!!

If you really got the impression that I made anyone look stupid, you've got things the wrong way, and a lot of it at that.
Nobody has ever told me that before you came up with it.
Almost apt to make me grow a bit fretful...
Made it all the way to the end and missed the pixel hunt to look downstairs by clicking to the left of the bell cabinet. There were arrows to every other view . Luckily we have these comments!!
I don't get the trees... have opened the window, looked out, and saw 4 trees .. where are the numbers?

I don't understand the "Watch small house and get the key to open wardrobe drawer, get batteries" part of the walkthrough. The wardrobe drawer takes a key, the only 'key' I see from the small house is a numerical code that shows up on the windows after its placement on the tree.
and the brown box is stuck in my inventory again... >.< I don't get Japanese games... Don't know why I try to play em... 1 star

The wooden miniature house can be flipped in About Item so that it reveals a key.
if anyone else is trapped after doing all tasks and putting everything on tree, click on tree stand, there is a red button that unlocks the door
clue for cupboard next to tree is from opening bag and putting lights on tree. Look at which way the strands are sitting.
Only thing that bugged me with this game was finding the keyhole for the tree key. Having seen the trees outside the window I thought it was open. Otherwise very good :-)
