Ooer - a knife on the bed and tacks everywhere - who ARE these people...?
Found a knife, an unlit match, a key and loads of tacks.
Ah, use knife on yellow cushion in second room for matchbox.
Light the six candles, and then change the colours of the flames - not sure what to, yet.
I've also clicked on all the baubles on the tree, but I'm not sure what that did.
LOL I have seven thousand thumbtacks, have opened drawers, changed the clock... Where do I USE the knife? I feel like I have tried to use it everywhere...
Use the computer code for wallclock. Get colour sequence for candles.

Got a code in fireplace, and now a slot has opened above it saying redbook. I can click on the books again now and get another key (but it was a blue book).
The key gave me EVEN MORE TACKS!!!
Now there is a red button at the bottom right corner of the picture above the fireplace - click it for somewhere to put tacks?

Can't stick the tacks in Santa (and it's not because I don't want to...).
I think I need to find two more white tacks before I can start pinning them into the picture - I have all the others.
Oh, the picture was just the clue - the tacks go on the bed now!
Can't find the last white tack to finish the picture.
Also don't know where to use the code from the fireplace.

I typed the word(s) from the drawer into the merry christmas and nothing happened and it won't delete - ideas please!
You should have got the match behind the slot where you typed the code words from the number drawer.
You may need to restart LNS!

The code in the fireplace is for clicking the coloured bowls that appear above it - they don't make a sound, but they do reveal the red button on the picture. I hadn't realised earlier that that's what I'd done.
I started again to find things for people, and hopefully finish, but I still can't find that last white tack - boo hooo!
I can't find the last stack too... Maybe I have to restart to write down where I find mine... Not fun...
Is the star/candy cane/snowman picture used for anything? I'm missing the last white tack too.

Found the last white tack! At the base of the red tip candle on the right side.
12 red, 12 white, 6 green.. Stuck with everyone else need one white and now clue with pic

Jimmy you have to get the pic above the fireplace to open then, go to the bunk bed and the place for tacks should be there

Look where gmm suggested, in the right red candle at the base of the candle stick near fireplace. It is hard to see but its in the spot where the candle meets the candle holder

Out! Clodagh.... check candle trays by fire place and look at floor level ie by door and chairs for last white tack.

I choose to believe that there is no final white tack to complete santa's face. It's a statement on christmas.

Been clicking on those damn color jars above the fireplace, in order from the code below, but I get no red button!! I have all the tacks.. What now?? Ugh!!
I have a box that wants a three digit code, but, I can't even change the numbers by clicking on them. And Im missing three red tacks. I guess they are in this box but I cant get it to take a code???
POP...Nevermind...I found the clue for the box and now I can open it...
Michelle, you can't change the numbers on the box until you see the code (upper left red door in wall in fireplace scene). I think you had to light the candles and change the colors to rby-rby for the red door to open..
Where do you use the code in the fireplace?
I found 32 tacks, 12 x red, 12 x white, 6 x green, 2 x black.
Have a code 3124 that I cannot use anywhere.
There is a hotspot on the bottom right of picture above fireplace, that does nothing.
I cannot do anything else... so one star.
Finally got the red button in picture above the fireplace to work... game is buggy with that. Once it worked I was out.
