I love ENA games :) This one was easy and fun. Use bottle on tray and cut it, then add the pills for numberclue. Out
What bottle and where is a tray? I have 2 IV bags and a knife and repaired wheelchair and put it by patient in second room and now can't do anything.
Instead of posting. easy and no bugs it would have been better to post a few actual hints.
@evans, you cut the far guy's ropes, but they have to been done in order (starting on the right) at the cuffs. The rest should be easy.
came back to check and still getting the rest should be easy stuff, but no answer as to where is this bottle? I can't put the IV bag on the tray or cut it to get the code. I gave the red one to the patient. and stuck again.
Evans, first you have to collect the tray. Only then you can use it.
Well Well no bugs noticed that time. Quick and easy.
Starting from far left.
Open cabinet and collect flowers.
Colllect IV bottle
Give Flowers to patient collect star
Open drawer in wheeled cart, collect key
collect blood bag
Open drawer beneath blood bag collect all the pills
Use key and star on door, enter new room.
Starting on right
Click on flower picture collect wheel
click on fruit bowl collect knife
click on wheel chair, put on mising wheel, click again and add to inventory.
click on patient on left to zoom in
Put wheel chair next to bed
Use knife to cut ropes starting on right, collect red cross
Use red cross on door, enter new room
Starting on right
look for tray on counter, zoom in and collect
click on tray in inventory to zoom in
move IV bottle over tray and cut with knife
add pills to get number SPO1I0L8E8R
Click on patient and hang blood bag on rack, collect biohazard symbol
Put number in draw on left, collect caduceus
Put caduceus and biohazard symbol on door GREAT ESCAPE

I tried several times to cut the rope, moving the knife around to different spots before seeing clue that it had to be at the cuff on the right. Could have been a bigger area but other than that was good. Thinking whoever comes up with these storylines has some issues lol.
I didn't have bugs, but found the placing of wheel annoying....I dragged it over a dozen times before I found the pixel!
