Where do you use blue key? I thought that would open the top door.

Blue key is the exit key.
Use it on door that was first behind the fence.

@Muhne you need to find the glass in the pipe, get into the closet, and see the 'bookshelf' there; it gives you a grid code to make those #s

I use the ciphers where the letters according to the bookcase meet:
or: 3, gr: 9, bl: 8, re 1
Correct numbers, but wrong colour order.

Muhne, you need to open another room for a another clue in order for the colored shelves to make sense....
I had no problem with the L/R puzzle and with the letters puzzle, but the fence is still here and the blue key can't be used.
POP, there is a hotlpot on the bottom right of the fence, use the medal again.
Where is the pipe ? Just1 said colour shelf but I can't find it . . .

Well, here ya go - StairsThrough!
Let's eat later! (You may say the same when you see the food at the end...)
Click 4th step twice, see key that can't be reached.
Look behind you. One locked door and another behind a fence. There's a hot spot on the lower right corner of the fence.
Turn around and go up; there's a L/R box you have no clue for yet.
Keep going: look closely at colored shelves and click on blue shelf to take PIPE. (Color box isn't solvable yet.)
Up again, but stop before you approach the door; on your right on the top stair is a MEDAL. Neat!
Continue forth; you can't open the door; click the little white shelf on the upper right and get your MEMO.
Can't read it? Look inside your PIPE for MAGNIFYING GLASS (btw it is not true that you need the con to open this).
Now you can open the L/R box and get a KEY.
Go downstairs: use your MEDAL to remove the fence, and your KEY to open the door on the right.
Now you're facing a 3x3 shelf, numbered 1-9. Clicking on the top reveals A-B-C; clicking on the left side reveals D-E-F. Follow the letters from the colored shelves above to get the number for the color box.

Get TWEEZERS.
Go back down, use TWEEZERS to get EXIT KEY from the 4th step.
You're out! Now can someone tell me which of these things is actually edible?
