Collect 10 matches. Use coin as screwdriver on wall panel. Also use coin to cut match heads into toilet tissue.
Use blade from wall panel to cut cigarette butt and towel.
Pull threads from top mattress and add magnet.
Don't want to give out too much.
But that should be enough to get you started.

So far: 10 matches, cigarette, 2 threads, coin (used as SD), 2 hacksaw blade, piece of toilett paper, cloth, a razor blade (?) and another cloth with red points.
Used the matches on the toilet paper and the coin, used razor blade on cigarette.
Used the razor blade on cloth too, got 4 pieces, used 2 pieces on the 2 hacksaw blades. Put the 2 threads together.
Found 3. hacksaw blade and put 3. piece of cloth on it. Think I need a 4. hacksaw blade.
Found a nail under cushion and a magnet on top right side. Put magnet a threads together
Used magnet on toilet and got the 4. hacksaw blade
Used 2 of the hacksaw blades on gate. Used paper with the 10 match "heads" on the lock, then the nail, then the piece of cigarette, then the white/red paper. Found another match and used it on lock too.
And out - good game!
I can only find 9 matches:8 in bin and one on the floor. Where is nr 10?
POP! Missed the top bed view.
white/red paper appeared to be a cheese grater in my view. used it to light match. i found it near the sink.
