One is from the gift shop and one is from the panel to the left of the girl who lost her gems.

Got he luggage in B fr arrow clue...still not understanding Peggy...understand that, but the briefcase wants the letters..
I think we are talking about different cases? Mine has arrows on it, where is the one you are looking at?

Belgarion, the suitcase is at Gate B. You can't get there until you give a boarding pass to the old lady.
Also, the clue for the arrows is at Gate B.
Go to gate A, Belgarion, look at the seats for arrow clues....
Ok, where is the clue for the arrow case?
Oops! My mistake. It's Gate A where the arrows and suitcase are.

A little bug. The girl started to flash and vibrate when I gave her the third gem, and then I could never give her the fourth one. The game would probably be over at that point anyway, so it only prevented me from seeing the end screen probably...

i am confused - are there 2 suitcases? i am currently trying to open the open the one with the 4 arrows - between gate a & b, and i do not have the clue to solve it...
i also do not have a boarding pass, so cannot get to gate a
Jeffrey, don't know if you found it or not, but the boarding pass can be found behind trash bin near gate B.
Got the flashing girl bug, too when I gave her 3rd gem (the one I got in toilets). She wouldn't stop flashing and I simply kept clicking her insisting for her to take the gem. Managed to escape without opening suitcase upstairs! LOL

My mistake, you don't need it, got coin from behind plant pot.
girl had epileptic fit and let me go with 3 gems.
found fuse in first scene... click on slot in black box
found quarter under plant next to the "happy" janitor
found black key in enclosed case in gift shop
second quarter click on nest to far right phone to the right of gift shop
put both quarters in newspaper stand that is just right of first scene.. get id card... use on employees only door in the telephone room
code to green box in employees only room
SPOI359LER.... get SD
put fuse in box to the right of red button
use black key in room to the right of telephone room on the black gate
nothing there... :(

second fuse directly under "sale" sign in gift shop
put second fuse in the second spot in employees only room... elevator now works
go up the elevator.... go to the right and flip the red and white switch
click on the trash can in that same room... it moves and u find a boarding pass
go two rooms to the left... click on the old lady with the boarding pass in your hand... shell let u proceed to the left now
study the chairs... go back two to the right and click on the black box.... the code on the chairs is for this
receive red gem! go back downstairs and give it to the girl
then leave and come back and if the girl is spazzing out u can leave with just two
game worked bug-free for me, got out w/o help
