Well.. so far> 4 sticks used, a pole combined with hook, a stone (used on barrel), a chest (from using pole+hook on hole) and a bucket that I can't use on barrel
Oh and a sack of something

just drag the hook to the right end of the about item view of the stick

I've attached hook to stick but can't find where to use it.
Ah, found the chest.
First scene, there's a gap at the bottom right. Zoom in and use the stick.

and @Bat E no nadda so far.. tried every item on every scene and nope.. maybe we're missing a scene or the game is buggy.
Thanks Nini xD, I thought we'd be able to use the bucket on the barrel but I've tried every angle.
click to the right of fire somewhere on ground and you can dig with the knife thing

I have made fire, and I have a barrel with water and a bucket, but I can't take water...where is that scene I'm missing?

Out but that's only because I was stupid enough not to let this "game" to claim victory over me ...

You have to dip the cloth in the water first, than the bucket. Dont know wath to do after that....

I agree, very stupid game.
bucket is not "sack" thing it is the white cup looking thing on the ground beside the open chest near barrel.
Dip the cloth in water first? I have no cloth, only a sack, a stone, a coin and a white bucket.
And they all seem to be affraid of the water...
Walkthrough
Room 1
Pick up sticks from bottom left of screen and pick up stone behind crate.
Use the stone on the barrel.
Open the box, take the hook. Before backing up, also take the bucket and sack.
Go right, to room 2
Pick up long stick from bottom left cave. Look at the stick and add the hook.
Place the sticks on circle of stones, then click on the center of the pile to light a fire.
Zoom in on floor area to the right of the fire. Use the stone again to dig. Take brown cloth & leather piece.
Go left, to room 1
Zoom in on bottom right cave, use the stick & hook, get a chest.
Look at the chest, use stick & hook to open it. Take the medallion.
Dip brown cloth in water in the barrel.
Look at the leather piece, use the brown cloth on leather to reveal a picture.
Fill bucket with water. (Note: The bucket won't fill with water until after you have dipped the cloth.)
Go right, to room 2
Place bucket of water on fire, add sack contents.
Dip leather piece in bucket.
Zoom in on door, place leather piece on door.
Place medallion on door.
God almighty...
