Oh, too late... Well, I'm in now.
Went a bit quicker and got good end 3 - hooray! Sorry I can't stay if anyone needs help but I'm sure lots of people will leave hints. Fun game as ever!
I had the still-trapped-end at first with only 8 men. 9 men now and looking for the other ends.
Now the good end.
And the slow end.
7 escapemen and "still trapped" end.
Everything has been opened, I can't find anything else to do.
8 men, I found another one above WATER.

Maybe your last man is on the key head in the middle drawer after inserting the battery in the bottom drawer?

please a hint for good end (put green powder in beaker and fill glass) but got "too slow"

Yes, there was a man on the key, but I couldn't pick it up.

when glass filled with beaker and green powder
man on the ground become green, quickly click on black man to jump on green man
@pdgph, put battery in bottom drawer and return check the key

Please note: table (T) with two drawers, cupboard (CB) with three drawers
WHERE TO FIND THE ESCAPE MEN
1. above water mug (click lid once more)
2. underneath box on table
3. on battery
4. left side of cupboard
5. on closed curtain
6. outside (window), look through the green plastic sheet
7. outside, wait for a balloon
8. keep clicking on the number box on table
9. top drawer (CB)
10. on the key head in middle drawer (CB) after inserting the battery in bottom drawer
ITEMS, TODOS, AND CODE
- key with EM underneath table
- pull peg underneath the table to unlock the left drawer (T)
- green plastic sheet in left drawer (T)
- put key in middle drawer (CB), open compartment for battery
- number code for top drawer (CB) by clicking the number box (T) with battery
- beaker with water in top drawer (CB)
- green powder by finding all the men
- put the green powder into the beaker with water
ENDINGS
“Still trapped”: pour clear water into the mug (first scene), no matter how many men you found
“You’re too slow”: pour the green water into the mug and wait for the “EM lifting ramp” to rise
“Good end”: pour the green water into the mug and jump quickly on the now black man to stand upon the lifting ramp

3234 code from blue box does not work on brown drawer
for drawer click many times on numbers on blue box and note 4 red numbers and their places ( 87..)
For some reason, the left third of my screen is unclickable. I can only navigate the room moving to the right. I can't click the guy on the balloon. I can't click the first number of the code box. This is odd.
I've clicked on the blue number box about 100 times and it's not doing anything different, and the code still doesn't work on the cabinet. Obviously I've misunderstood what needs to be done here.
Ok, you should click on the white bar on top of the blue box/clock. Duh, I guess. Note the *red* numbers, and if you keep clicking you will see all four (red) numbers. Youtube to the rescue again lol.
Great! Loved the 3 endings! Fun game!
Could not finish. The blue box /clock does not display anything and I am clicking the "white" button. All it does is turn over. I started over because I thought it was because I took the battery out. But out or in does not matter.
