1 man under phone receiver.
1 man under red cushion on chair, 1 man on top of right window blinds, cannot get yet.

for blinds of right green men, keep pulling them up/down till he falls
going to stay a while, in case someone needs help
Got man above blinds.
Used Left/Right code on file cabinet with 2 white buttons, code seems to be reversed for some reason which eludes me...
Got 30,000 yen
Got green man in drawer after money.
7th green man in top of bottom right cupboard.
Used appointment book clue for color code on bottom left cupboard to get cigarette's and a green man, therein.
all men:
1: phone on desk
2: painting on wall near desk (look at code on back)
3: on laptop, wait after entering paint code
4: back of book on desk (read book for color code)
5: keep pulling right blind, till man falls
6: under cushion of chair
7: book closet, right door inside
8: Left/right desk next to bookcase, under envelope with money
9: give money envelope to person in front of door
10: color cabinet, on cigarette (left-right,top-bottom: red, blue, orange, pink)
Gave money to ex-boyfriend and got a green man
Total: 9 green men (currently)
Open and close the blinds to get man to fall.
Password on back of picture.
Wait for screensaver for man
Man in window gives left right code, code is backwards to the buttons
Appointment book gives colour code
Give yen to boyfriend
Have nine men, cannot find last one
Thanks Magno, couldn't find laptop code, despite clicking all over that picture it wouldn't flip for me initially.
Also, have to be patient for laptop screen saver to occur, had to click on and away a few times.
Got tenth green man.

Quite easy one, but I like the Escape-Men games.
Red snapper did you get the men under the phone receiver and the back of the appointment book (click all the way through the book to the back)
the LR code is not reversed - the window man uses his right arm - but we see it on the left side of the window - if that makes sense!
ahaha so this is how the boss got locked in his office in the last game!
Had to move around and go back in 3 or 4 times before the RL code would work, as OP says, his right is our left so the code is RLRRRLLR
great one as usual! the hardest one was the one "stuck" inside the small cabinet!
nice one ty for hint with left and right being reversed that was only place i got stuck
