Pretty straightforward. Couple of hints should you need them:

Clock gives 4 digit code - order hands big to small
5 digit code from combining coloured blocks in 2nd room with coloured number blocks in first room.
Use temperature gauge on syringe.

have key but don't know where to use it...don't understand clock hint 2130 and 0123 and 3021 do not work

Super easy.

Syringe is in plant.

Have a box and a key.....I guess the key is for the box. But where to put the box?

Must be a bug...according to the walkthrough when you pick up the box you should be able to use the key. Not happening here though. Box stays in inventory.

Syringe just disappeared.
