I have no idea with Stage 3
I am stuck on 3 as well.

I BF three - 1 leg clown, arms and legs out, pink ball over head, arms out.

geroffmeland: the on-game video-walkthrough is very cryptic about 9. I've followed it step by step without understanding it, so: sorry, can't help you with that.
hint for 4 please
On 9 move the levers on the left to the position next on the grid then pull the lever on the right.
For the first move make the bottom left lever so it is in the up position then pull the right lever the number of times it need to go up. The move the upper left lever to the position you need to move then pull the right lever that many times.
For 4: turn the things that if you cut the bowl it will fly in the left hat, then into the right hat.
Ok made it until 11, lve 9 i bruteforced.
11 anyone??
I think 11 is where you have to use the balloons to spell exit.
11~hint~spell what you want to do.
Oh yeah if you use the string to move the balloon it won't change the letter.

For 20 drag the row of seats in the direction of the arrow and count the correct number of chairs. Hurry up because I'm stuck on 21 :)

I think, for all the entertainment the gamesmakers (including Abroy) usually provide, sometimes they forget it's supposed to be fun...

Same for me, lvl 4 won't drop the ball.
Ok, I figured out lvl 4. The ball won't drop until everything is in the right place. The hat on the left needs to be pointing at 2 o clock.
The one on 19 is a little tricky. The bottom square is only half of a line and the top has the diagonal piece. The 4, however, is not a diagonal style 4.
