For the colour code, you need the flag of that country.
That was short. Only 2 views. Had to BF the number clue.
what is the # code? What flag.
Please stop putting "too easy" etc. Just leave some helpful hints.
With the lines all merging I basically BF'd the four number code.

A couple of hints:
The red "IX" on the cabinet in the first scene refers to wire #9 in the fuse box. If you trace this wire carefully, you will find that it leads to the second yellow number. Nor necessary to BF.
Looking at the walls in the violet light, I guessed that the number for the suitcase was 661, and got it right on the first try. Not sure how this happened - pure luck, I guess.
The map shows Italy, whose flag is green-white-red.
The puzzle is pretty easy - just fill in the sky first and then work down.
